Very unprofessional. Doesn't pay it's employees for their work performed. Does very poor work. Undependable lacks skills needed to complete work. Over promises and way under delivers. Very untrustworthy. Scammer
Jesse Parsley the owner is a joke has very limited knowledge. Check the reviews a lot of them have the last name Parsley. Hmmm wonder why that would be?

Jesse the owner of the company saved the day. My kids & I were running out of options after I purchased a new home & mold was never disclosed. I worked so hard to purchase this home for my kids and I. Prior to contacting Dynasty, I had several quotes & dynasty beat them all at least by half. When Dynasty immediately returned my call I spoke with Jesse who was very understanding of our situation. Jesse was also very professional & knowledgeable! My house had to be complete by 9/30 & they were able to start today! I am so thankful I called Dynasty not only are they professional they are compassionate

My air conditioner was not working very well ! We had Jesse come check it out and it was running ice cold within an hour ! Dynasty knows what they're doing, very knowledgeable ! We didn't go through a home warranty company so I can only imagine the issues people have would be with their warranty company. We had no issues and everything is running great !! Thanks :)

Our AC went out, and Jesse, I believe his name was, said he was the owner, was at my house within the hour. Replaced our compressor for a lot less than what I was being quoted. They have found themselves a new permanent customer.

On June 5th we notified 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, that our A/C was not coooling. They sent this company out. On June 8th, they came out and said a part had blown and they replaced it. On June 9th, they are called back out. This time they say that the A/C/heatpump needs a compressor. So the nightmare starts. They never turned in the paperwork with the diagnoses so the part could be ordered. There were so many Phone calls to Dynasty,only to have them go to voicemail. Never returning my calls or calls made on behalf of 2-10. I called 2-10 almost everyday about when Dynasty was coming out to replace

Very Very, Very bad experience. They never return phone calls, never submitted the diagnosis to 2-10 in a timely manner or complete the work. Said the A/C needed a compressor. Said they put in a new one only to find out they didn't after having another company come out to fix it. Dealing with them we were without air for over 30+days. Our home Warranty 2-10 sent them out. WARRING!!

This company was called by our Home Buyers warranty . Our air conditioner was blowing hot air. The service man called us the next morning and came out that same day. We were informed during the phone call about the $100 dollar charge. He arrived when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. he also cleaned and inspected out unit for no extra fee. We were very happy with our service and do not hesitate to recommend Dynasty HVAC.

In record breaking heat our air conditioning went out. Our warranty company 2-10 dispatched Dynasty Hvac. It took them less than an hour to fix our air! Jessie was super nice and even gave me a very money saving tip! I have Multiple Sclerosis so I can't be in extreme heat. It can cause me to pass out or worse cause an exacerbation which would put me in the hospital for a week. Right now it is 68 degrees in my house and 92 outside on October 1st. Thank you Dynasty!!!

Completely agree with Marc B's review on 10/2018. Jesse and Jon are the best. Came home to my 75-year-old mother sitting in a 83-degree heat soaked humid house over the Fourth of July weekend. She loves it warm, but it was obviously way too warm. I have no idea how long she had been without AC. I called One Hour (who we had a contract with - nearly $80 a month for maintenance) and they said they would not be able to get anyone out until the middle of the following week. This was all on July 3. I couldn't get anyone from the Indianapolis office and kept getting sent to a Call Center in

These guys were sent out by my home warranty service, 2-10. The technician came out within a couple of days, which I was pretty happy with. He seemed knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He talked about how expensive parts were for Trane units, yada yada yada, made it clear that they were going to move ahead with the repairs. I paid him $100 service fee. So far so good.

After a few days, I check on my home warranty website and see that Dynasty still hadn't entered a diagnosis. That seemed odd, since they had already been out here and had made a diagnosis

Do not use this Company. My AC was not cooling properly and called my home warranty company and Dynasty was very disappointing. They were unresponsive and when my wife called them at 9am, they answered with "do you know what time it is???". Ok, at 9am, businesses should be open. This company was rude and dismissive. I called my home warranty company and told them I wanted someone else. They never visited my home and very glad they did not.

Absolutely amazing! What started as an HWA furnace claim ended with me having an HVAC company I will call on for years to come. These guys are the best.

Full story - Dynasty came out for our furnace issue we submitted via HWA. Jesse arrived promptly in the promised time window (on a Saturday!). Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the issue, explained next steps and submitted his work to HWA. He explained how long home warranty might take as it is a complex process. His timing guess was accurate and helped us get our heads around how much has to happen for a furnace replacement.

Jesse came out to via my home warranty company to find out why my air was not working. No compressor or capacitor was checked to see if they were faulty. He just took off the cover of the indoor unit and said some screw underneath the safety button was the cause and it had turned my system off. In all my years of owning a home, this nonsense was the first. My air stopped working 72 hours after he "supposedly" fixed the problem. Reported back to my home warranty. He was to come back today 8/31/18 between 3-6pm per our phone conversation at 8:07am on 8/31/18. I should have figured he was

Just don't call them. We they installed our heating and cooling unit incorrectly. Had to call an electrician to come out and re-wire heating. That was an additional $500 to another vendor. The cost of the heating and cooling, which we paid to Dynasty was $2400. Now we are having a third company come out and look at the unit as it is not heating our house correctly... so that's another $156 minimum. Just don't waste your time, money or sanity level. Also, where can I send my bills for all the extra service vendors I had to call in order to get it installed correctly?

Setup an appointment with these guys for last Friday (per his choice). Never showed up, never called, did not return my voicemail. I set aside the day for these guys, and it proved to be a complete waste.

Maybe they're good at what they do, but it's wildly unprofessional to go about things the way they did.

Jesse is an honest guy, which you don't find to much anymore. He takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond. He came out to handle a simple home warranty claim for my AC. He took it upon himself to crawl into my hot attic where the HVAC was located to make sure the whole system was working properly. He gave me a generously discounted quote on blow in insulation and even used a higher grade insulation than what he quoted me. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, or at least make him the first guy you call for a quote. Top notch service!!!

Jesse and crew were quick to the house and were able to diagnose the issue with my unit and fix it properly. They took the time to explain the issue with me and also were honest about possible future issues with my old unit. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Indy/surrounding areas.

Why would you call anyone else???

Avoid the price gouging, over-advertised HVAC companies. Call Jesse at Dynasty Heating and Cooling.
He has helped me out on several occasions, I've even referred family members to him.

Will be using him this fall to do a complete replacement of my system, there is no point in even price comparing. Free service calls on first visit.

Don't make the mistake of calling the first ad you pull out of the Val-Pak. You won't get a better quote.
