I would highly recommend HomePro heating and cooling. They just replaced a water heater for me today. Rick was prompt and honest. He definitely puts his customers first and is genuinely concerned about his customers. The two young men that installed my water heater today Tim and I completely forget the other young man’s name, but they were amazing! It’s not often you have repairs done and they leave the area spotless and everything put back in place! These guys were careful not to hit my walls or damage anything, considering that my water heater is upstairs. I mean these guys swept the floor

We had an emergency in which our main circuit board on the furnace blew out and caused a little fire. Donnie came first thing the following morning and told us they could fix it and without pushing it, also quoted a very good price on a new 97% efficiency furnace. We opted for replacing it since the current one was old. He was very pleasant to work with.

We had an issue where two upstairs rooms were not producing heat. HomePro was able to diagnose the problem and make the necessary changes to get the heat flowing again, even though they did not install the original system. They came out in the middle of a winter storm with 6" of snow on the ground. They told us well in advance that they might be late due to the appointment ahead of ours and ended up only being a few minutes late. The techs were friendly and professional.

HomePro installed our A/C and Furnace just before we moved in. We have had nothing but issues with this company and their work.
They lack communication and follow through.
My family has been without heat completely at least 10 times all when it is extremely cold. Water heater freezes in this temperature as well.
The furnace drain pipe runs outside and freezes. (it's Indiana)
And furnace installed is not big enough for the square footage of my house yet they refuse to take any blame.
Riser box and pipes are not insulated, at all.
The kicker is we are still under warranty. We have a one

I’ve had furnace issues since I moved in. Early last year. Finally, a new property management company, hired Donny from home pro. He had good communication, although our schedules didn’t line up the first day. He was understanding and professional. Fixed my issue in minutes. Would recommend him again.

Mike replaced the defrost control sensor on my furnace thing that kept getting covered in sheets of ice. He was very efficient, professional, and personable. He deserves a 30% raise, access to a company credit card for unlimited use at his discretion, and 57 paid vacation days per year. Awesome job!

Homepro replaced my furnace after a nightmare experience with our home warranty company and their contractor and going a week without heat in winter.
Homepro was able to get a new furnace installed next day. Incredible customer service and went out of their way to make sure we were happy during the entire process. Will be a life long customer.

Home Pro came out to my home in Greenwood to take care of my furnace which needed a new blower motor. Not only were they very professional they also took care of the problem very quickly and was very affordable. They said that the blower must've been going bad for some time since it is now working the best it has in the 4 years since I've lived in my house! I am very pleased with every aspect of their work!

I called them out for an emergency service repair last Saturday night for one of my rental properties.
The technician identified the issue as a defective circuit board after 2 hours of testing. I told him I agreed to replace if he was certain it was the board. They charged me $671 for the board itself and $75 to open the supply house after hours. Technician left and furnace quit within 30 minutes. Contacted them again on Sunday. They sent out a different
