We're excited to announce we are now offering duct cleaning! Our homes generate a great deal of contaminants and air pollutants, such as dander, dust, and chemicals. These contaminants are pulled into the HVAC system and re-circulated 5 to 7 times per day, on average. Over time, this re-circulation causes a build-up of contaminants in the duct work.

Heat and Cool installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. The work was professional, they were very polite and left everything clean. I also had them insulate my attic, I only had about 4 to 6 inches of insulation. I have received 2 gas bills since the install and they are half of what they were last winter. I will defiantly keep using them

The young man was very polite, he did what he could. My furnace would not cooperate and make the noise. It was quiet and running fine until about 10 p.m. that night and then started up again.
The one thing I am extremely unhappy about is the thermostat that now kicks it on if the temp drops 1/2 a degree. This is a new thing and he said it has to do with it going back to factory resets and he can't fix it. It was never that touchy until the last few weeks. It was installed when you did some furnace repair work for me. It is not cost effective with the utility bills to have this happen.

Another great visit with Heat and Cool. Two year old AC unit has run out of refrigerant twice. They fixed the issue & leak and recharged me free. They always honor their word & their 5yr/10yr warranty. We always feel comfortable giving this company our money with new units- they will take care of the unit as promised within the warranty! You can trust they will be fair with you and give you what you’ve paid for.

Heat & Cool saved my family from a major mid-summer ductless AC system breakdown. My family had recently bought a house where the previous good ol' boy owner had recently installed a Bryant ductless system himself from his "honey-do" list. The estimate H&C gave us to fix and redo our system was very reasonable, and despite more hours of diagnostics and tech support than they probably originally realized would be involved in a very technical and complex problem with improperly installed ductless technology, H&C honored their original estimate and gave us a year warranty on the work they provided

Jade, Aaron and Kelly provided awesome service. Furnace went out and they did a temporary fix until a new one could be installed. They arrived on time and worked until everything was completed. Excellent service, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff - this is a company I would highly recommend!

Kelly Hedrick is just plain awesome. We have had to use Heat and Cool twice for emergency situations. She is so helpful, and explains options in detail so we understand what the best option is for our situation. Her primary goal is always to take care of us, the customer, and help us find the lowest cost resolution. Again, she came to our rescue twice. Thanks Kelly and Heat and Cool. If there were 6 stars, my husband and I would opt for that!!

Heat and Cool anticipated poor weather the day of our duct cleaning and called the day prior to let us know we would likely need to reschedule. When we forgot to call them back, their duct cleaning tech showed up at our house at the proper time of our appointment to let us know in person the work couldn’t be done and set a new appointment. Very professional.

The two young men arrived at our home about 8:30. They worked very hard all day and had the installation about 3:30 p.m. Aaron then explained how to use the thermostat. They didn't even take a lunch break. It was a great experience and they two young men were so polite and friendly. Thank you very much Heat and Cool for sending two such installers.

I have been using Chapman for many years, along with my mom and sister. They are really the best -- and I know this because I'm a property manager and some of my owners are partial to other companies, which are OK, but really mediocre. When Chapman comes out, I know that my furnace will be thoroughly cleaned, lubricated and metered. They don't rush through this as some companies do. They make sure it is done right. I always ask for Steve Rosemeyer for heating and cooling, and I'm willing to wait to get him (being one of the best, he is obviously booked ahead a couple of weeks

We have had the guys at Heat and Cool install a new AC, new furnace, and today they did our insulation in the attic. That is a messy job! I was very impressed with how they took the time to be conscientious about our personal property by not getting insulation all over it. They helped us move some property in the attic so it wouldn't get destroyed, they swept up the mess before they left. They treated our home really well, with a lot of respect, and I was glad to see that. Going the extra mile is what makes a company stand above the rest. They've always made themselves available to us
