Founder Claude Dryden came to Hinesville, Georgia as a temporary move with an agricultural bank, but would soon call the townhome.
Dryden established his home construction company building starter homes for young families with a large part of his clientele being members of the military. His first development, Forest Lake Estates, is still a thriving neighborhood today. Many years later, the business has grown seeing dozens of neighborhood developments and has expanded to incorporate apartment communities.
The military family plays a vital role throughout our community in the Coastal Empire in addition to the tremendous work they do overseas. We are proud to work with these families as a VA approved builder, and in providing military-friendly rental opportunities.

Had a couple of hiccups during the the move in process, completed a walk through the day before siging to find what we actually wanted and designed not done properly. Home address changed the day of signing....... Suppose to be built for a double oven and so forth, the house was not wired for it, so we had to adjust to it. We did get refunded our money, but it wasn't the design we asked for when building. Asked for a screen for my window months ago and still haven't heard anything back yet. My back yard doesn't seem to have been leveled and when it rains I have like 5 pools back there, thanks for

I recently Bought a house from Dryden Inc. The house itself looks great, but our problem lies with the unresponsive superintendent Brian, and the horrible staff at their office. Our yard floods constantly, we have punch items that arent being completed. Tons of construction debris under our sod; nails, pieces of wood, trash litter our front and back yard. The worst of it all is we cant get a decent response from anyone at Dryden.

My husband and I purchased a home while I was in Washington state and he was in Korea. Dryden worked as a team with the Realtor providing her with information to forward to me. After the contract was made, Dryden worked with both of us providing us with updates constantly. The house was completed 5 weeks prior to the expected completion. The home was larger and more beautiful than expected. The home was neatly done with beautiful details and a classy look. The whole entire process was smooth, the Dryden team repsonded to our questions and informed us on anything needed from us.

After closing on our home in June, we decided to try to get internet for our home to only find out that the cables for internet weren’t even put in the ground yet for all these new houses being built . Dryden isn’t informing people about this issue so I will . We were told that it wouldn’t get completed until October (Which I Don’t Believe) . Some people have jobs where they have to work from home due to Covid, or just have a work from home job that requires you to have internet, and now there’s a chance where kids might have to do school from home on video due to a Covid spike. I love my Dryden home!!! Bryan is absolutely heaven sent and made this whole process smooth! I am always so scattered brain but he made sure my home was more than ready to move into and what to expect while being a new home owner! He is always professional! House is pretty but everything Dryden builders do is RUSHED. The electricty cuts off in the main rooms, living room and dining. I don't even have alot of thing plugged in either. Why have a house if it's not working properly? They tell us it's because we don't have surge protectors but even with that, it's still shutting off. Walk through was horrible. So many things rushed and not functioning. They never came to fix my uneven fridge. Don't buy unless you want a rushed house. They don't come fix things when they say they will and would say it's "completed" but it was never fixed. Never met anyone

We bought our first home through Dryden. They were late on closing for the house and upon closing there was a wall sized square cut out hole that had been hastily patched and looked awful. They also did not clean anything! My mirrors were dusty and had a greasy film. The sod was dry and dead upon install and was told it would come back and isn’t covered and never came in so I had to argue for 6 months to get it fixed. I had my final walk through repair list that was incomplete and never came back. Save yourself!

I had some issues with grass growing in my backyard. I reached out to Phillip and he responded quickly to assist me. He made some phone calls the same day and a landscaper contacted me the next day to schedule a time for them to come out and repair my yard. This was done within 2 business days. I spoke to the landscaper on Thursday and services were complete on Monday. Thanks a lot Phillip!

I have never been happier with my home, and each day I fall in love with it even more. I am very glad to have purchased a Dryden home, and not one of the other home builders in the area, or a resale home. They put so much time and thought into making this a beautiful home. The home and the neighborhood are great and I do not regret purchasing a Dryden home. There are two employees that have made my experience even better, and they are Philip and Erin. They have been awesome with everything, and have been so kind to us. I will always recommend Dryden.
