Services
All Karastan Carpet has a 20 year new warranty and a lifetime manufacturing defect warranty. All other manufacturers have their own warranties for stain, soil, wear, matting and crushing which we will gladly provide. Laminate flooring has different warranties depending on the manufacturer which are available upon request.

We are so happy with how the tile job turned out. JJ is an excellent salesperson and our installation crew consists of two super polite, neat, careful and skilled young men. The transformation is nothing short of stunning. We have our dream balcony from payment to installation in one week. Who can ask for more? Thank you JB Flooring.

Went in w/my Mom Friday looking for several tiles for a patch job. We brought in the tile we were hoping to find something close to. Wish I had the salespersons name but we were the only ones in the store and he waved his arm to a corner and suggested we go take a look. :D We assume he knew better than we did where some options actually were` but he clearly wasn't interested in helping.
We left and went to your competitor, Floor & Decor, across the street. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We will be using them for our upcoming re-model!

Maria helped us getting flooring for our whole house and was so nice and truly went above and beyond expectations. When the flooring was installed the guys did a fantastic job and once again went above and beyond expectations. We had one room of our house installed by home depot and thats when I decided to write this review. If you're trying to decide between JB and home depot pick JB.

I was recommended to j&b by my neighbor jack who went to j&b, had his flooring install by h&l and by the time i went to j&b it was a littany of fees; for coming out to measure, for sanding the floor smooth if need be, for moving furniture, for installation of course, for taking the rug up; for removal of the rug...yet my other neighbor is getting hers done 7/2019 and they just went by my apt schematic that i copied for her and jb will take the rug up; remove the rug; move her furniture; and the whole thing is $1900 without even coming out to measure....we all three live on the

I shopped around a lot of flooring stores for waterproof laminate and I have to be honest, i was not expecting much from JB as it sits back with not much to attract you to go in. I was met by Armand , who is quite a character and after telling him what we needed, he showed us some products. None we liked until he said he had something that we may just love. The product was 30 year warranty and really well made from Switzerland. The price floored me as to how reasonable it as with the padding.He let us take home 3 boards to set in condo and compare. Ron led us to believe that the tiling would be laid by a master tiler. It ended uip being just one young guy (kid) who was left on the job by himself, while the master tiler went on vacation. The kid left a huge mess. Grout unwashed left to harden on tiles all over. Mud/grout/thinset smudges all over the freshly painted walls. It was a vacant house but a "construction site".
When they chipped up the old tile pieces of concrete/tile went flying up onto the shelves of the closets, which were never swept up. The door to the kitchen had a piece of paper which said "please do not open

I could not be happier with the help and service I received from Mark at JB Factory Flooring. I explained our situation; We needed flooring installed in a vacation condo and would not be in town for weeks. We needed the flooring so we could use our bedrooms and set up furniture. Mark was excellent -- he came right over to the condo, reviewed the situation, made recommendations, and gave us an estimate. I trusted him with the keys! Stay away from this place. Bad omen the day I walked in and the attending sales person got called away to deal with what sounded like a bad install/delivery issue. They have nice products but HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. 2+2=4 except at JB! They give u the price per Sq ft and price to install per square ft, but when they give you the total price it doesn't equate plus they're lazy and no follow-up. I even paid to get measurements and their lazy sales people never even gave me a written quote. Heck, I had to pull their leg just to give any pricing quite. Was ready

Owner is a bully!!!
Got I quote from them ,signed and gave 50% deposit on $4000 order. Put me off for 2 months for install then wanted and extra $3000. Owner was threatening and insulting trying to bully us into the higher price . Then would not refund the deposit unless we canceled and let him out of contract. So we could not go to court. Very shady guy be careful !!!!

I will edit this review once we have completed the installation. We are doing business with JJ at the St Pete store. My husband had been there first and was helped by JJ. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with a friendly greeting.
When we said we had worked with JJ they immediate called her to assist us. She RAN up and guided us to the product we were looking to buy even though she was helping another couple.She was able to help them while ensuring we were able to have our questions answered and she did this with grace and a positive attitude so everyone was satisfied.

I recently went to jb factory flooring and purchased carpet for my master bedroom and master closet on Wednesday April 20th.. They had me choose an installation date for Friday the 22nd or Saturday the 23rd.. I decided to go with Saturday as for i still had a few things to finish up in the bedroom on Friday cause my fiancé is due to have our baby boy any day now .. Well it was also my weekend to work and i made plans to have Saturday morning off to have carpet installed.. so i get a call at 8 Saturday morning from the warehouse and they say they can't make it till later on Saturday night

We've had two experiences with JB carpeting our condo. Our expectations were exceeded both times. JJ was a wonderful sales person, very knowledgable and helpful in selecting the carpeting. The price was quite reasonable and very competitive. She explained each aspect of it: carpet, pad, installation, furniture moving.
In both instances the installation team was efficient, competent, friendly and did a great job with the installation and clean up. We couldn't ask for more.

The only reason I can give them two stars is because the sales associate was very attentive. The owner insisted that we pay more money for delivery than was originally on the bill of laden. I gave them an additional $100.00 for delivery and it took them several tries to deliver all of my flooring. I heard many excuses about why they either forgot to deliver on the day they promised, didn't deliver all of my flooring, and insisted that my project manager helped them to unload the flooring. When he looked at the load on the truck it was evident that they went too fast over the speed bumps in
