We needed several rock walls removed (about 6 tons of rock), a dry bar filled in and a tanning ledge created in its place as well as resurfacing and all new coping. Texas Pool Champions delivered! Our pool is 20 years old and was in dire need of a facelift. I contacted several pool companies and Texas Pool Champions was the first to return my call. I was pleased that we were contacted so quickly. This was at the end of March 2021, right in the middle of the COVID-19 craziness. In fact the same day I called them they immediately set up a time for K.C. Arnold, owner of Texas Pool Champions, to visit with my wife and I and discuss what we wanted to do. Mainly a pool resurface, install new filtering system, heater, blower, add handrails, and pool light. K.C. arrived looked over our situation

We hired KC and Texas Pool Champions to remodel our pool and deck. KC personally supervised the work and his attention to detail is outstanding. Sure, we had weather delays and things that did not always go as expected throughout the project, but KC stayed in constant communication with us and made sure to still deliver an expectational remodel. Totally incompetent pool builder who made numerous mistakes which have cost thousands of dollars to repair and correct.
Due to no supervision, during the construction of a round spa, we ended up with horseshoe ??. It was a major defect and I won't even begin to address the plumbing.

KC Arnold from Texas Pool Champions did a phenomenal job! I interviewed several pool builders and now I can't imagine myself having anyone else building my pool. KC is the owner and he never made me feel like I was just another number. He was always courteous and a true professional. His attention to details is amazing! By far exceeded my expectations! I can't stop bragging to my friends and family. If you don't go with KC from TPC you already made your first mistake.

We used Texas Pool Champions to update our 14 year old pool with new plaster, tile and decking. KC was response and available anytime we had questions. He worked with us to ensure the pool came out like we wanted. He stopped by regularly to check in progress. All the crews were very timely, performed excellent work and cleaned up very well. Very happy with the outcome.

I have to share my experience and tell you how disappointed I am in KC Arnold's unkept promises.
He came to us with his bid and design for a pool in our new house's backyard in June of 2020 and promised the world. I suppose hearing his stories of the "big guys" and how you're just a number to them and how they sign you up only to quit working at the earliest forecast of rain, etc. worked on me. I believed him when he told us that we would be swimming before the summer ends. I believed him when he told us that he would be done within 5 weeks of starting our pool.

KC and his team did great work on our old Pea Gravel pool deck. Removing some concrete, cleaning it up, and adding a beautiful new and clean look to our backyard. Highly recommended.
