We love our home! Building a home can be stressful and overwhelming, but Perry makes it simple. The design center made things so much easier and they were a huge help when we couldn't make up our minds. It was helpful to walk with the electrician and discuss all the different things, even down to USB outlets for ease of charging phones.

After a couple unfortunate experiences with other builders, we finally found one who delivered and stayed true to their word with the upmost professionalism and integrity. Everyone from the office staff to the onsite builders at Perry Homes were wonderful! They followed up on everything we asked for, including a couple small things we had forgotten about. The superintendent Lance was terrific and went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with our new Perry Home, and Larae was great in keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Perry Homes was fantastic to work with! They were very responsive, timely, and kept us up to date. They were easy to work with and were accommodating to requested changes if it wasn't too late in the process. Is everything perfect? No, but we are so pleased with the final result. Ours was a spec home, but I would happily build with them if they are able to do that again in the future. Their agent Mara was especially great to work with. Thanks!

We had a great experience building with Perry. We bought a spec home and it only took less than 3 months and we still got to select most of our interior finishes and exterior colors. We had built with another builder before, and we were impressed with the default options that Perry included for most finishes. When we had questions or concerns, Doug was very responsive with resolutions. Even after closing they have been helpful with questions and little fixes. Highly recommend.

We LOVE our Perry Home. Perry Homes designed our Perfect Home. The right colors, the right fixtures. Great appliance upgrade. Over the span of 11 Months, we lost multiple houses due to Covid - Appraisals coming into low. Builders backing out of the build. Builders just not building.
We found Perry Homes and we are GLAD we did.

4 years in and we continue to live the nightmare of having built with Perry homes.
Come to find out after paint coming off walls in huge chunks that the walls were never primed. Our entire home needs to be primed and painted. It's literally sheet rock and the paint we chose. Using painters tape on our walls will rip huge chunks of paint off.
My 3k upgraded stand alone tub remains installed backwards because we have yet to find a plumber that will turn it around for us.
When walking through the home we were forced to close with a huge list of things still needing done on a signed addendum

Had Perry build us a home in Washington, Ut. The absolute worst experience in our entire lifetime. From the first electrical inspection and initial walk-through, Greg Sant - the general manager of Perry Homes for So. Utah, was dishonest, unethical, and demonstrated that he was more interested in his bottom line, than building a quality home.
Too many things wrong with the build. Perry Homes refused to fix most of them.
The vast majority of the homeowners in our development have had serious issues with Greg Sant. What's worse is that he is the president of the HOA, and continuous to be dishonest

This has been a complete disaster for us. Perry Homes works and acts like we're living in an age of no internet. All paperwork and addendums are still handwritten and require a wet signature. We live in a day and age where docusign is used for multi million dollar contracts but perry homes can't do that for a 700 dollar addendum. Once you get close to closing be ready to know the entire close process and ask when, where, and what needs to be done because they won't tell you anything unless you ask. They are the worst of the worst, we bought our house a year ago and we have had so many problems it is ridiculous! First, they had to come out and fix the concrete for the driveway and they one going to the steps of the house cause it was caving in, second our lawn has a dip in it, 3rd our carpet needed to be stretched which they came out and did and it needs it again within a year mind you and they wont come out and do it!

Overall the experience was positive and we ended up with a great home. Perry builds a good product and provides standard that which others would charge extra form. We shopped around and found Perry Homes to be well priced for what you get. With that said, having a home built is a stressful process and I am convinced that the reason we had such a positive experience is that we visited with several people who had gone through the process already and created a list of things to be careful of. We first signed construction papers in August 2017. As of July 2, 2018 the home is still not yet completed and is at least another month away. The hole was dug around the first of December and as a general rule once there is a hole it's 90 days to completion. Well, here it is in July and still a long way from completion.
If you have to sell a home before you can move in, beware, They will not give you any estimate of a completion date. First , we were told March, then mid April, then last of May. After that, they refused to give us any idea what so ever as to when it will be completed

I have built over 10+ homes with various builders. I have been pleasantly surprised and happy with my Perry Home. The subs were great and the quality of my home matches some of my custom home builds. There will always be a few snags when building, but if you've built a home before, you know that comes with the territory. I had fewer issues with this home than any other. I would absolutely build and recommend a Perry Home to anyone. It's a great way to purchase a quality home and move-in with instant equity.

I wouldn't buy another one from Perry! The sales staff are the worst I've seen. We've bought 2 from Pulte, DR Horton, and one from Greystone and this is a joke. Sign the contract and those ladies are done!
The laundry room door won't open all the way. Brandon won't do anything about. To the point he won't discuss it at all and the Super said it was a sore subject. The trades are a joke and cute corners. Stay away if possible.

Our experience with our Perry Home has been wonderful! I had been looking to build for 5 years. I had decided I would build a Perry Home because their quality definitely seemed to surpass their competitors. We have not been disappointed! We had few hiccups in the building process, but once brought to their attention, they fixed them quickly. We have had quite a bit of condensation in the windows in the winter time. My only wish is that Yelp had negative stars. Find a real builder that cares about the finished product. Perry Homes Buyers do NOT "Gush" positive things about their experience. When you tell them you are spending a lot of money and you want it done right, their response will be "everyone spends a lot of money on a home". Good luck Bill Perry.

I've been living in a Hawthorne model for a little more than 10 years.
They're terribly disorganized. Didn't keep track of what options we wanted. Forgot to put in a few options. Did not show up for appointments.
Multiple instances of pipes freezing. The pipes froze during the 1st winter. Called and told them. No response for a couple of days. Had to move out of the house. Called a plumber in. He found the problem. Pipes were on the wrong side of the insulation. That was an easy fix. We sent them the bill.
The 2nd time pipes froze I knew what to look for. It was a pipe running
