Called for an appointment and had to wait a week. When the repairman did finally arrive, I told him the timer on the washer wasn't working. After 25 minutes of "testing", he told me the timer wasn't working. He said he could order a part for it and come back and fix it. I okayed that, even thought the cost was huge. I was getting desperate for my washer because I'm disabled and elderly and taking laundry to a laundromat is not and option for me. He charged me half the total that day. Half was $181 and some change. He said they'd order The part and come back and fix it. The weekend and a holiday

They we quick to set up an appointment with us after making a phone call. They were on the early end of their time frame they had given. They were very polite and efficient. They let me know what was wrong, how to fix the problem, and what the cost would be to fix it. There was no waiting for parts to come in, they already had them. They diagnosed our problems, fixed the problems, put our dryer back, and was gone in less than an hour.

Customer service other then the tech sucks!!! A simple call back would have put me the customer at ease. Telling me that you're findings will be told to my warranty company and not to me is very concerning!!! Which would make any one iterate. Horrible horrible service!!!!!!! I will make sure you are not a provider for the warranty company!!!!!!

Very dissatisfied with the service. They installed a new dishwasher for me through my home warranty company. It backed up water on occasion from the very start. I did not want to spend another deductible so kind of ignored it for a while until the past month when I realized the thing was not draining or cleaning the dishes properly.
