BTA Self Storage currently manages multiple properties, including self-storage facilities, office complexes, and industrial buildings and warehouses. BTA's original storage location was established in 1998 and is located in Rockwall, Tx, spanning over seventeen acres with a little over 1000 units.
The next location to join the BTA family is the Royse City, Tx location, followed by our Terrell, Tx location, and finally the Wills Point, Tx location. We are excited to share that we are currently working towards opening a new facility in 2021! For over 20 years, we have proudly served thousands of customers across our five exceptional storage locations.

This place is the best! They have nice new climate controlled storage units that are extremely clean. I have never rented a storage unit before but have heard nightmare stories from friends. The lady that runs this place Mitzi - is AMAZING. She was so accommodating and just an overall extremely pleasant person with a great personality. I will recommend this place to everyone!!!!

When I was looking for a storage unit near my house I came across BTA which was just a few miles from my house, which was so convenient so I dropped by to check them out and talked to Mitzi who was so nice and helpful, she showed me different sized units that would accommodate my needs. I chose my unit and have used it for a couple of years now. When I call them for anything someone always answered even when they were closed, they have always called back or emailed me, they have automatic payments. Definitely a first class storage business!
