Looking around for a storage and found this one online so reading the website it clearly has the unit sizes and prices which made me excited to give them my business just to call and be told a different price ($20 more) and when asked about the website pricing I was just told the manager is out and she can't give me that price. She didn't really have much knowledge on much more and didn't even try to figure it out or accommodate a potential costumer. Not a good way to advertise a business. Very disappointing

Just had our trailer stolen out of this storage yard. Apparently there were other things stolen as well. Lock gate has been left open for weeks and when I asked her why she said the reader board was broken and hadn't been replaced yet. She never called us to let us know that the gate would be left open day and night. Anyone and everyone would and still does have access to anything stored in their yard and any of their storage rooms. Easy access because it's on the I-30 service road. Common courtesy and good business would have been to let your renters know this so they would have a chance to pick

Just rented for my second go round at this storage place. First time was about 4 years ago. I was surprised to see same folks running the facility. It was nice that they remembered my face and name. Rent is a little higher than before but still seems real reasonable. It's close to my work and my home. Plus it's easy to get to.
