Joe and his crews have come through for us time and time again. They've completed a variety of projects including new + reworked bathrooms, water heater installation, and kitchen plumbing projects. Even with our absurd construction sequencing, Joe is consistently responsive, professional and gets the job done.

I used Moody several years back and they did great work. I recently had another plumbing problem with a leaking toilet. I thought it was going to be an expensive fix but after listening to my problem Joe suggested it was probably just a seal. he offered to come fix it but also told me how to do it myself for $5 in parts. I ended up doing it myself but had it been a less trustworthy plumber they probably could have take me for several hundred dollars. You can trust that Moody is going to give you high quality honest work at a fair price.

We have used Moody Plumbing a few times now and we are very happy with their service. They're extremely responsive, we have always gotten them out to do a repair quickly. They are also very efficient and have always fixed our problem quickly.

They are hands down the best.

Very pleased with repairs - an old (1930s) faucet that was leaking badly & a stiff kitchen faucet. Joe was on time, wore a mask throughout, was very knowledgeable & reasonably priced. He did a simple repair rather than a fixture part replacement which would have been a lot more money - he does what's needed, no unnecessary stuff. Very easy to set up an appointment too. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience working with Joe. He did a big plumbing job for us, adding a bathroom and sump pump in our basement. He was always quick respond to emails and calls. He and his team arrived when they said they would and did great work. We reached our later to address an unrelated leaky pipe. He had an opening and was able to come the next day. From now on we will call Joe first.

They were responsive to our questions/needs and did a fantastic job fixing our downstairs shower - which has been out of commission for a couple years now! This is my second review. Our kitchen sink was way clogged. My handy husband worked on it for 6 hours on a Sunday no less. Waited till Monday morn to call and Joe was out in a flash . Took him all of 3 minutes to clear. I love this guy and his work ethic. So happy he is in our neighborhood. Reasonable prices too WOO HOO

As a home owner, you need to have a plumber you can trust. My kitchen sink drain sprung a leek. I watched a few youtube videos and attempted the diy project. They make it look really easy on youtube. So I needed some professional help. I did not call the plumber I had replace my water heater as I was less than satisfied with the project. I contacted Moody Plumbing who responded promptly. Overall great fix. I felt the price was very reasonable. Will call for future plumbing needs. I think the best way to contact them is through email or the contact page of their website.

I contacted Joe Moody about a couple plumbing issues we'd been having and he was very responsive. We were able to get him out a couple of days later, right after Christmas. He was quick and reasonable. I would definitely call him again. Thanks Joe!

I spent an entire Sunday attempting to unclog my tub, but I ended up clogging the tub even further, to the point of affecting drainage of our bathroom sink. In any case, we gave up and called our go-to plumbers, Moody Plumbing. As usual, Joe was incredibly responsive, calling the next morning to follow-up and to schedule an appointment. Tom eventually arrived to save the day! He unclogged my tub; re-piped the bathroom sink; and everything was flowing back to normal. Tom was also very patient as he took time to answer my questions. I'm really grateful that Moody Plumbing exists!

Moody is in my neighborhood and they are the most reliable small business I have dealt with in terms of home repair. They are responsive, thorough, fair and transparent around pricing, and just really kind humans. I highly recommend them!

Very responsive, and excellent service. Joe always knows the best solution to a problem. Martin replaced a shower handle that other plumbers we tried over the years said would require opening up the wall and that would have damaged the tiles and been very costly. Martin fixed it without opening up the wall. In fact, we realized that the other plumbers hadn't really bothered to look closely, or they could have seen extensive work wasn't required. I appreciate the knowledge and integrity of Joe and his team, and their expertise. Once we found Moody, we have recommended them to many neighbors

These guys are awesome and responsive. Joe sent Martin over and man he knew his stuff when we had to open up a wall and replace a hose bibb that froze. He replace the whole pipe, added a shut off valve, improved on its original design, and was fast too!

Can't recommend them enough. Rare to find good plumbers like this in Chicago.

The owner Joe Moody went above and beyond to make sure I was assisted in my home. He unclogged my drain, gave me great advice, and now his company is fixing my faucet in my sink. Due to personal family matters my schedule was hectic. So hectic that I completely forgot my appointment. Joe was so kind about the situation and even rescheduled the next day. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Moody Plumbing. The reviews speak for themselves. If you want affordable services with kind and professional plumbers then this is the place to go!

Awesome customer service! We're new homeowners who had a water pipe bust in our crawlspace in -10 degree weather with water shooting everywhere and a shutoff valve that wouldn't close. I called 5 different places and only a few got back to me. Moody weren't the first to return my call, but the reason I'm giving 5 stars is they were the only ones really interested in helping me with my problem. They asked me about the issue and offered different advice over the phone to help stop it. He even gave me his cell # so I could send pics so he could help further. Luckily, his advice

Very hard to get a hold of , got tired of 3 day phone tag trying to get appointment and email response. Called another place and within 5 mins got email verification of appointment.

I used Moody Plumbing to replace 3 bathroom faucets. They were able to give me an accurate estimate of the cost of the work via email, which involved me taking pictures of the pipes under the sink. Angel, the plumber who did the work, showed up at the scheduled time. He was very professional and did a nice job cleaning up after himself. With a couple of the sinks, he noticed a small amount of leaking and he went and fixed the leaks as part of his job. I was pleased with the service and the cost and would definitely use them for future plumbing work.
