Woke up on my only day off Sunday morning, ac wasn’t working. Called about 6 places before I found Mitch, no one wanted to come out. He came out went in the attic told me the main circuit board had a burnt relay but I would be without AC for the day. We started talking about trucks and stuff and he told me he may have a board at his shop. Went home called me an hour later saying he has a spare circuit board. He was the only guy willing to come out to my house on a Sunday and he did and by 8:45 pm, I had ac. Get to sleep at home tonight. Thank you Mitch, you have my business from here on out for

Mitch with Proline AC & Heating Services is fantastic. We had our AC go out in the heat of the summer last year and needed some help fast. Proline popped up in my google search, he had great reviews, so I gave it a shot. I cannot even put into words how happy I am that I did. He responded within 30 minutes (on a Saturday) and came straight to us after he finished up the call he was currently on. He quickly identified the problem and stayed well into the evening to get our AC back up and running. Talk about customer service!!! He's extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard working and his work is impeccable
