We are State Licensed & Insured and are able to get approval from any municipality to do work or can assist in closing open permits. We at Beach A/C can handle any job, large or small; whether it is a simple installation or requires repair work our staff is standing by.

Planning ('laying out'), sizing, optimizing, detailing, and finding the pressure losses through a duct system is called duct design.

I just want to make it known that Beaches Ac out of Jacksonville is NOT Affiliated with Beach Air Conditioning out of Miami. Numerous people have left negative reviews which are affecting their reputation. kindly disregard an call for any concerns you may have. They don't have a call center, nor they deal with other home repair services, or individuals your naming. They specialize in commercial work as you can see in photos but also enjoy helping those with residential needs. Ask for Harry or Scott they are the only two who will take a call. Thanks again!! American Home Shield selected them. They told me our a/c part was covered by AHS but that it would cost us approximately $900 to refill our a/c with refrigerant. Called another company that confirmed the issue but said the refrigerant would be about $300 max. These home repairs are expensive enough. It's terrible when a business you should be able to trust tries to rip you off.

I'm a Realtor in Jacksonville and the seller had called Beaches AC
to investigate the noisy condensing unit at the TH. Beaches said it
was an older unit and the noisy condition was normal for an old unit
like that. My buyer didn't accept that and so called another company
that found a leak and it was 10 lbs low on coolant and when repaired
it ran very quietly. Beaches clearly had an incompetent technician or
didn't want to repair it.

I am a HARD WORKING SINGLE MOTHER, and with that, I have to be at work. Their OWN policy when they make your appointment is to call you 30 minutes prior to arrival. I live 10 minutes from work.
First time they came out - never called
Second time they came out - they called but they didn't resolve the problem just band-aided it because here we are a few months later and ...
THIRD TIME they were supposed to come out to my house, they called 1.5hrs prior and estimated that the technician would be there within 1.5hrs-2hrs (HUGE GAP) - ALSO huge amount of time I could

2018 Update: Called them again several times to service our AC units. Finally got an appointment. The firm never showed up. Voicemail full, no way to reach them. Not answering texts.
2016 Called the business at 11:30AM, Scott and his aide were at the house at 1:30PM, replaced parts, did some extra work at no cost, cleaned the place by 2:30PM. AC works great again. Just fast and perfect service at a reasonable price!
