Over priced and offering kick backs to contractors. However, the appointment / job was not created through the contractor. It was created through me, the home owner. I've paid my contractor well (more than contractually required). I find it dishonest to pad the price to offer a kickback to an entity. Especially one who had nothing to do with the job. And its a common practice. Dont get taken advantage of by this or other businesses who operate like this. Ask questions, do your homework, get a second or third quote AND put EVERYTHING in writing.

We have used Kingwood Glass a number of times and their work is always top notch. Recently, we bought a custom bathroom mirror from them and when the mirror was installed they noticed two small dots (scratches) near the side edges of the beveled frame. It was so small we thought we could live with it. Kingwood Glass saw the two dots and made arrangements to return another day and replaced the two frame pieces. What do I like about this business? Everything!
I have been using Kingwood Glass for years and have always been impressed by their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality. They even repair windshield chips on my SUV. Their glass artwork is worth visiting. I have purchased gifts there too. Highly recommend them.

Great prices, but the next cheapest option was only $9 more and did not have a lead time of 2 weeks. We were broken into and needed the window replaced as soon as possible and the next available time was 2 weeks out. Place works great if you have time, but completely avoid if it is any kind of rush.

I've just had another window pane replaced by Kingwood Glass and they were as punctual and efficient as always. After a second bout of storms last night, and my booking an appointment in the interim, I expected this morning's call from Kingwood Glass to be a a rescheduling to a later date due to a backlog - so pleasantly surprised to find they could fit me in earlier than planned. We've had other quotes in the past but they have always been more expensive and one local company quoted less then quoted more when they turned up due to miscommunication with the prices at the office

As both a first time homebuyer and someone who is brand new to the remodeling process, I found Mark and his company to be a breath of fresh air. They're professional and prompt, and they hustle to make the customer happy. I was particularly impressed with his financial dealings. There were two pieces that needed to be replaced for my shower doors (they arrived in polished nickel but needed to be chrome). Rather then cashing my check once the shower doors were installed, he waited until the following week, after he returned to change out the pieces. This speaks volumes about his integrity
