Our Insurance Company recommended American Restoration . We were in Texas and were desperate for someone to help when our pipes burst in Conifer, Colorado. Taylor and Bill together with their team were Absolutely Amazing They were professional, First Class in everything and kept us up to date on every step and we could not have been recommended anyone better. I cannot praise them enough for their work. They went above and beyond our expectations, even meeting me and taking me to the property when I had to fly in from Texas. I worked with American Restoration after my dishwasher leaked all over my kitchen and ultimately into my basement. It was an absolute disaster... Last winter we had a water line freeze and break while no one was home. When we discovered the problem our house was flooded. Within 45 minutes of calling Taylor and his crew were there and working.

We used Taylor when our basement flooded last summer. Everyone else was days out just for an estimate, meanwhile my basement was a few inches under water for 4+ days. Taylor and his crew was able to come that day to get the water out and immediately removed carpet, pad, floor boards and cut 18 inches up of drywall and get fans going which kept me from having a major mold problem.
