Thank you to Polar Express for coming through today whilst i worry to the point of no return.
Bruce and Garrett came through same day notice to troubleshoot leak from AC unit. They found issue, took their time to explain issue, consequences of not preparing it, plus cost to repair as well as estimate of how much time I have before it gets worse.
This is my second time using Polar Express. I appreciate their quick responsiveness, especially to urgent matters. They are pretty good at screening or selecting the best specialists to represent their company as well as their services.

I have always recommended Ben and Cory over at Polar Express to any of my friends and family.
Not only do they respond back in a timely manner but they are professional, punctual, honest and communicate if they are running late. This is the second time I have had a landlord use them for not only the replacement of the unit on the home I was living in but also for their own needs.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST A/C COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED !!!!!!! I have had them out several times over the past 5-6 years. Every time, they amaze me even more. Today, I called at 4:50 pm and left a message not expecting to hear from them till Monday. Cory called me back at 5:41 pm and said he would come out to check my a/c after he finished one more call. He came out and checked the unit. He had to replace a burned part and also recharge with freon. By 7:50 pm, the a/c was running, cooling and he was headed to go make even more service calls.

We had an issue with our central AC unit. Just wasn't pushing cold air through. I called Polar Express early morning, and they called back within 20 minutes. We arranged a same day appointment. They arrived right on time. I believe it was Bruce, who quickly noted that the breaker had been tripped. He turned it back on, did a thorough check of the unit, looking for worn wires or other signs of damage. No further problems, so seems we got lucky, and it's functioning again as it should. Bruce said "I just flipped a breaker, no charge." Such a pleasant surprise. These guys are polite

Corey called prior to arriving and showed up as planned. I told him of my issues and that earlier this year I had an issue and when they couldn't schedule me in I had to use another technician. He was cool about it and did a check of the whole system. He found out that the previous tech did repair my unit as told, but the seasonal service was not up to their standards. He then proceeded to complete the service to their standards and provided me a checklist of things of concern that I should plan to replace in the future. He did all of this without charging me anything! Such a professional

We have used Ben and his team since moving into our home in 2016. They are professional courteous and punctual. If they are going to be late they let you know and in emergencies they come out rain or shine hot or cold. I have tried many different companies and have always been disappointed. Ben and Bruce never talk down to a customer. They educate you and then treat you fairly. They never over pay and go out of their way to help the customer. I will always try to use them where we live in houston. They are what small businesses should be .

Cory is very informative and honest about what needs to be done and unnecessary repair and since i asked for second opinion he actually charged me nothing but he did fixed the issue on second heating unit since i dont trust the contractor send by american warranty with their assessment trying to charge me an arm and a leg. I will cut my american warranty since they keep sending me 2.5 star rated contractor who supposed to fix problems but adding more issues to try to take more money from the customer.

Thank You Polar Express! Had an issue that prevented the unit from actually turning on. Called in for help and Bruce was out at the house within 45min of calling... I was not given the run around. I called Ben ( Owner of Polar Express ) back in early June as my AC system was not cooling properly and after checking he found it was about 2lbs low on Freon so he charged it and made a pretty quick accurate diagnosis of the issue but said he was so busy he just wanted to get it going and keep us comfortable until he had time to check for a leak and he did that in fact and left without charging me, I was like WHAT !!!! That is so unheard of today with all the money driven companies that always have you reaching for your wallet.

I gave them a call due to a problem with one of our AC units. I got a call back and the guy on the phone told me what he thought the problem was, gave me a simple step to fix it, and said to call back if it didn't work.
This is a very honest and helpful company who I now totally trust. I didn't use their service because they didn't feel it was right to come over and try to take advantage of the situation. I trust them 100% and will call them in the future for any problems in the future.

These guys rock! Three weeks ago my ac died and my home warranty company assigned a total of 4 companies to try to get this fixed. For one reason or another, things went south. My boss said I should call Ben & Cory at Polar Express - that they would get this remedied and most likely for less money than home warranty folks.
She was right! The 4th company's technician sent by my home warranty decided that the damage was caused by my dogs and subsequently the claim was denied. They wanted a lot of money to replace the whole system. I called Ben for a second opinion He came right out
