I’d just like to say my experience with Cross Insulation was great from beginning to end . The office staff was great , very attentive and always keeping up with phone calls and updates . The insulation installers , were very upbeat and knowledgeable!! Everyone was so friendly and kept us in the loop during this whole process . I would definitely recommend this company :)

I woke up to frozen pipes with a heat system that could not keep up on a 14 degree day in December. I had an appointment already scheduled but I notified Cross Insulation and they came to my house first thing that morning to provide spray foam insulation in my crawl space. Not only did they come first thing but they worked with RISE to provide me financial assistance. They were flexible and saved me from an ice box! I'm very grateful. Thank you!

Cross was wonderful to work with. Lady who does the scheduling in the office was very nice and accommodating. Crew did phenomenal job insulating kneewall, blown insulation in attic, redirected bathroom exhaust fan and weatherstripped a couple of doors. They made sure everything was completed exactly how RISE requested. They left my house clean. I highly recommend. Thank you Cross for the great work.

Cross did a great job insulating our attic and basement. They went above and beyond the task the were hired for. They put drop cloths down everywhere the were going to walk. When they were done they did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely recommend this company. They were punctual both days they were here. They took pictures of the work done and explained all the work that was needed an performed.

Like most people, I don't often take the time to write reviews, however my experience with Cross Insulation from beginning to end was a terrific one and well deserving of my time to let people know that these folks are awesome. From scheduling with the office staff to the installers that arrived onsite, everyone was upbeat and enjoyable to work with. I was kept well informed all throughout the insulation process. They were punctual, efficient and left everything clean...I couldn't ask for anything more !
