Pete showed up exactly on time and had everything needed to tighten the toilet and install two new faucets ( replace the old ones that were leaking at the base—all at fixed prices. Last week another company came and started charging from the time they left the last customer. Even though the office knew the problem and I offered the model numbers to ensure the plumber was prepared, they didn’t have the part. Since they would charge for travel time, they told me what to get and where ( across town). Then they couldn’t return for a week (only one person working residential). I called Harlow

Technician Matt removed and replaced old dishwasher with new model from Lowes. This technician did all the work alone and did it fast. Haven't tested eveeything yet, but he arrived right on time, and, loaded and unloaded alone, and performed the task like a magician! Highly recommend Harlow and would definitely ask for Matt!

I had these guys come out to do an estimate because they had such good reviews. I received the estimate and called to ask some questions about it. The woman answering the phone said the guy would call me back. Three days went by, so I called back telling her had standing water and no one had called me back. She said she was going to call him immediately. ANOTHER three days went by. I call today and get the voicemail, no one even answering the phone now? Incredible. The estimate was a pleasant transaction, it’s a nice size job so they’d make good money but can’t get anyone to call us back

Exceptional service! Matt went to pick up my dishwasher at Lowe’s but they could not find it. He persisted until they found it. He communicated with me the entire time. Unfortunately my flooring made the install impossible, but we will have it installed in 2 months when we are redoing the kitchen. Matt is professional, knowledgeable and represents your company very well. Definitely we will call Matt and Harlow Plumbing for our future installation of appliances.

We completed a major renovation, 2 bathrooms, entire house re-plumbed, new gas lines installed, tankless hot water heater installed.

Harlow Plumbing was so easy to work with. Wes was able to see our vision and bring it to life. We were across the country while much of the renovation occurred. We came to town several times and they were always on schedule.

I never worried about them being in the house, they were always professional, cleaned up after themselves and always replied promptly if questions or concerns arose.

They gave me a quote and never went over budget.

The end product is beautiful
