Begin with one dirty chimney. Let's say the fireplace has not been cleaned for a couple of years. The soot lining the chimney flue is saturated with flammable stuff called creosote. It doesn't take much to ignite creosote, a newspaper fire sending flames up to the damper is enough. Once kindled, creosote burns with joyous abandon; in a matter of seconds the fire spreads up the flue creating a draft that only helps things along.

My grandfather hired them to do some work on his chimney. While on the roof they knocked off several shingles. When they were told about the damage they denied it. Then proceeded to to tell us that they had photo proof that they didn't cause the damage. After several requests for this so called proof we have yet to get it. My uncle went up on the roof to check they're work. After the refusal to give any proof. He found more damage to the roof and found the work to the chimney to be of pore quality. Would not go through the hassle with them ever again. We had to pay someone else to repair the damage

The service technicians were great. They had to work in tight quarters to access my 90 year old chimney, my boiler has never ran better with the effort these gentlemen put in. They were able to decrease how far in the previous flue was positioned. Great work!
