We are not like the major companies out there, there is no pesky operator to get through and most times you are connected directly to one of our technicians. What a company. Diagnosed through model number, problem and texted picture. No charge, some would come out for a diagnostic visit. Not Kyle. Was unable to take on the job this time around. Will not hesitate to call for future issues. Well done to customer service over and above what I was expecting.
