Bob's Heating and Air was great to work with. They came in and removed a 30 year old furnace and all the old rat-infested ductwork under my new house. A few months later I had them come back to install a two zone ductless heating and air unit that has been fantastic! The whole team was easy to work with and they communicated clearly and often. I can't recommend them enough!

I called Bob to ask him to come work on a unit in an apt I rent, Bob was totally appropriate requesting landlord approval, but provided me some helpful tips over the phone, I asked if he’d accept some compensation but he declined. Bob and his wife were professional, kind and courteous, I only hope I’ll have a chance to hire them in the future. They’ll be my one and only call.

Bob was fantastic.
I had another “reputable” company perform a safety check that recommended an entire new system for $7000 because of a small crack in the burner....( Which I never saw and he could not demonstrate.) He also explained that they would naturally check the duct work under the house since the new install requires a building permit.
. So naturally I thought I would get a second opinion. Glad and lucky I did. Bob did a thorough check and could not find a crack anywhere. He also explained that any duct work over 20 years old would certainly fail the required back pressure test The

Bob installed my heating unit in a very difficult lathe and plaster home without making a chip or crack in our cielings. When Bob was finished with the installation he taught me how to program my thermostat by doing it with me. Before he left my house I had a masterfully installed heating unit, a new light and new electrical outlet in less time than estimated for the exact price that we were quoted. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship and prompt service that Bob gave us. We would recommend Bob's to anybody looking for quality and service in the industry.

I have to say, this is my sons and daughter's business. He has put in a couple of heaters for us, two different properties, and a tankless water heater. He treated us great, not just like family, but also as a customer. He was very professional and informational on all aspects of the systems, and taught us how to properly use them. I have recommended him to many friends, and have always gotten positive feedback on his work. Highly recommend him for anybody in need.
