I can not be happier with my truck but more so my experience at highland. New to the area and ready to buy a vehicle I walked into highland and felt welcomed. JACK is the most amazing person! He walked though every question I had, and offered information which was relevant and gave me amazing insight. I have to say a big part of my purchase was how I felt while working with Jack. I bought a 2022 Buick Envision from Highland. Greg Grant was the sales representative. The SUV was yet to be delivered to the dealership but the lease arrangement was very fair and the reviews on the vehicle overwhelmingly positive. Greg kept me updated on the anticipated delivery. This is my second week driving my Silverado Custom. First of all, I am impressed with quality of my truck. Also, l am very glad l met Jack Mattson from Aurora Chevy Buick GMC Cadillac dealership who was kind, patient and willing to work with my budget to get what I wanted, even though I had to wait some time to get a truck. Special thanks to Rachel from finance department who did everything to get me approved. Recently bought a used vehicle from Adam at Highland and it was the best experience. Took both my vehicle to them for regular maintenance and I am extremely pleased with the Service department Team. They really pay attention to their Cadillac Family and Service is better than any GM Dealer on Yonge Street. I allowed my self to take a few pictures and Mo the service manager allowed me to do so. I here with also like to share some pictures.
