I have been servicing my cars at Audi Nyack for over 7 years, and I have only ever had wonderful experiences. Michael from the service department is particularly attentive, and he has handled a number of outside the box service issues for me in a professional and efficient manner. I had purchased my first Audi privately, used, and sometimes its hard to build a relationship with a service department when you didn't purchase from the shop. . . This is not the case with Audi Nyack, and I can't recommend their team enough. Thanks for all of your work over the years.

Everyone I dealt with at Audi Nyack was extremely patient and helped me through every step of the process. I don’t take this lightly because I had been at three other Audi dealerships before this and had horrible experiences. I ended up with my dream car with everything included, with a good interest-rate on my loan. Even after my purchase date, I am still being contacted to make sure that everything is going smoothly with my new car. I have to say, I was impressed with the dealership and especially Kristian for his assistance in helping me find the right car. I was toying with the idea of getting an A3, A4 or A5 and Kristian was very knowledgeable helping me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget. Bought a used car from them that was of a certain rarity in its specific trim and package(s). About 10 minutes after calling to inquire about the car (which they had very recently received on the lot), the brand specialist (Kristian, who is the best, btw) called me back to tell me there was another person interested in the car and wasn't wasting any time to get in and snatch it. After leaving a different Audi dealership frustrated I decided to give Audi Nyack a try and I surely wasn't disappointed. This was a very easy and smooth transaction where they were able to work on both sides of my trade in and the asking price of their car. I was robbed by this dealership as they did over $8000 worth of work on my car and the problem with my car still wasn't resolved. They had a snake oil salesman named Peter Buffoli reach out to me to try and resolve the problem and he's the most incompetent person working in customer service. Peter Buffoli is a complete fraud as he had given me a discounted price for the remaining repairs and I told him I needed some time as I had just spent over $8000 on this car. Just traded in my 2016 A3 for a 2019 A5 Sportback. I've always had great service experiences with Audi of Nyacj, yet this was the first time I was leading a car. Ramon was awesome to work with from beginning to end, and the finance manager was efficient and personable. I found the Audi of Nyack service department is very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
The service loaner was ready when I got there. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. Very efficient.

Buying a car is not easy but someone the whole process with Audi Nyack was phenomenal. The staff made me feel welcome, even the general manager took time out of his busy day to say hi. The facility is state of the art with a great new vibe to it. I never any point felt pushed, I felt like the pushy one to get this great deal done. Minus 10 Stars, I'm long overdue on writing this one. These guys bring dirty tricks to an art form.
Sold them a car and leased a new one, they tried to change every deal and promise they made. They did not get away with any of it and were not happy. Somehow I never got a survey on the new car lease??? good thing for them.

The Customer Service at AUDI of Nyack Service Department, newly acquired by the Pepe Group is TERRIBLE!!!! My first issue occurred when my car was in need of a brake job. I took it to service and Vincent (service manager) advised that I had to change the pads and the rotors, which is the required service when changing brakes on an Audi. I found this uncustomary, especially after only having the vehicle for 1 year as a Certified Pre-Owned car. I thought at best the pads may need replacement.
