Croton Auto park went above and beyond to help me get a replacement Grand cherokee for my wife's Grand Cherokee that was one of 3 Jeeps that we lost due to the recent flooding in the county. The salesman Jay and Mgr Vinny got me a vehicle and worked out a great deal. They were super nice, super accommodating and beyond helpful. This is my third jeep purchased from them and plan to come back.

Took more then a full week to just get an appointment.
They did not even look at it the day of the appointment.
Second day charge me for fuel filters that from the picture attached looks as though was never changed.
Charged me for a diagnosis that is covered under warranty. Made me do all of the homework about the warranty. complained to me that she spent time making phone calls when I gave her all the information for the warranty including a claim number.
Told me the part would take a few weeks to get but truck is safe to drive not to worry just come and get the truck.

I live on Long Island and bought my new Jeep Grand Cherokee without even seeing it in person! Martha was there from beginning to end, answering all my questions, and making the purchasing process so simple and seamless. It was like talking to a friend I’ve known forever. She made me feel like she was looking out for my best interest and checked in throughout each step of the process. After all was said and done she even drove my new Jeep down to my home on Long Island and showed me all the ins and outs of my new vehicle. The service itself is good but expensive - I could live with that but the customer service and facility leave a lot to be desired.
1) The parking lot is a disaster full of new cars, cars to be serviced and commercial vans. The lot is chock full with cars parked three deep end to end like a New York City parking garage. Just picking up your car is a prescription for an accident or dent.
2) The two service managers are overworked in a small cubby hole office with subpar desks. They try their hardest to work under difficult circumstances
3) When your car repair is delayed you don't receive

Which I could give more than 5 stars to Paul and team as they were incredible to work with. Living in Manhattan, I spoke to multiple dealerships and they beat every one in every category. Paul was knowledgeable, transparent, answered my million questions and searched high and low for the right vehicle for me. This is the 7th Jeep I've owned, but the 1st one I've purchased from Croton. I will be returning to this dealership when it's time for my 8th Jeep for sure. Easiest, fairest, honest dealer I have ever purchased from. Our salesperson Gabrielle was awesome, as were Chris in finance, and Vinny. Even the employees that weren't directly dealing with us were friendly and engaging. No haggling, gave us top trade in value, and didn't get pushy or overprice the Jeep I was interested in. This dealership is over 1 1/2 hours away from where I live in CT. It was so worth the trip. I

I visited the dealership because it's near my home and I had to do my maintenance. However, I was not expecting to walk out with a bill over $200!!! I think the customer service was far from extraordinary (mediocre at best), also way overpriced. I even told the representative helping me that I could've went to Pennsylvania where I purchased my vehicle and get the work done for less and honestly next time I rather do that. I'll drive an hour but at least get a better deal since they actually honor coupons and offers and have better customer service.

I have bought many cars throughout the years and the actual process can be annoying. NOT HERE! We knew the car we wanted and the sales person Jay Miller was wonderful. He knew the car specs and helped us decide how to finance. He was able to get the color we wanted and the entire process only took two days. Then the finance/checking out process was the best I have ever experienced. I will definitely seek out these fine folks again. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and great people top to bottom. This was our first deal with Croton Auto Park. Wr worked mostly with Jay, Bill and Chris on leasing a new Durango. The most important part was their openness and honesty. We felt like part of their family through the whole process. We have already recommended them to 2 other people.

Maybe it was the car I drove up in or my jeans but I walked into Croton Auto Park and there is one guy on the phone, he hangs up the receiver and says nothing to me. Eventually, he deigns to ask what I want. Didn't stand up, didn't smile, didn't ask me to sit down.
That first person is the face of the business and I can only presume that he was doing what he was trained to do.
For the moment I was looking for a used car as a second car to get my son to and from work.
We are probably going to buy a new car soon, but I won't walk into that dealership again.

My car has been there 11 times for the same electrical issue. Im currently having issues again and needs recall work completed. I requested an appointment and Anthony giordano responded "We are severely backed up at this time and can't give you an appointment". I didn't ask for an apt today. When I suggest an apt in September Anthony Giordano responded "I'll let you know when/if we have an opening".

I get my service done here because it's one of few places that has yet to damage my jeep and I hope they never do! Very precise and seemingly pristine in keeping my jeep clean with mats on the interior, cozy guest waiting area w tv, phone chargers and comp coffee/tea. They don't try to push additional services on me much either. A simple 'no thanks' and I'm never questioned again which I appreciate. I'll keep coming back

This review is based solely on my experience today in the service department, although I've been a customer for going on 4 years now, never needing to have much more than an oil change.
First of all they have the absolute worst service department setup I've ever seen.
1. You drive up to the side of the building to a giant garage door, sit in front of it and honk until someone opens the door so you can drive in. Like some mafia secret code.
2. Some services you make an appt for, others you don't, like an oil change. So if you get there and there's even just 1 person in front

Had an issue with a payoff when i handed my car back in at the end of its lease. Bought a new car from them and was assured they would pay the balance on the car that i handed in and they apparently got the wrong payoff amount from the leasing company and shorted the payment. I get it ... people make mistakes. That's not the issue. The issue is that i tried to resolve it with them and between countless emails and phone conversations, they couldn't tell me why and needless to say i never got a resolution bc nobody ever got back to me so i wound up just paying the difference bc i was tired

Just purchased a 2017 wrangler from Croton Auto Park! My salesman, Jay, was incredibly helpful and patient. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and remembered us each time we went in. Jay knows his stuff and made sure the car I was buying was what I needed and was in my best interest. For jeeps, Jay was a pro and knew the ins and outs of what I was looking for.
