I normally am stressed out while buying a new car. Even if I think I got a great deal I feel like I got fleeced. Grand Prize is the exception. I have zero buyers remorse. Grand Prize Cadillac failed to meet my needs as a Cadillac leasee and customer of the service department. I called and left a message for the manager, Bill Faragan, to discuss my dissatisfaction with my experience with the service department about the lack of loaner vehicles available after I had an engine problem that was under warranty. I had to rent a vehicle when it took the department three different visits to fix my vehicle. No one in the service department attempted to direct or assist me to rent a vehicle and I had to carry the expense myself. After contacting GM headquarters, I was informed

I had the best car buying experience at Grand Prize Cadillac. Ryan Durocher was my sales consultant and he is 5 star. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Joe Sinatra is the Sales Manager and he is also 5 star. He was not pushy and answered all our questions and listened to our needs. I'm an ex GM tech, GM service writer and GM service manager. I have moved on to own a couple of successful businesses of my own now. I have always understood that customer service is key to any successful business. I took the Dale Carnegie customer service course and went on to eventually teach it for several sessions. That being said: my Cadillac gave me an issue last Sunday 11/29. The check engine light came on along with all the other service warnings and then would not start.
