Overall the sales process was very easygoing and painless. Jean, my sales representative, was extremely helpful and accommodating, which was refreshing in comparison to other dealerships I’ve been to. Everyone involved in the process was extremely personable and thorough. They answered my questions before I could even think of them. While finalizing everything, Omar and Bader were more of the same. They demonstrated outstanding service and made me feel like an appreciated customer. Customer service was amazing. Kenny was the best! He really works with you in getting what you want! He is a very nice and genuine salesman. Everyone I dealt with provided me with excellent customer service. The dealership itself has a pleasant atmosphere. I had been to another dealer and left as it was unpleasant and they were very aggressive. The Rockland Nissan dealership was the exact opposite! We got there 10 minutes before closing on the last day of month before incentive ended. We were treated excellent and got the price we wanted. Little haggling and we added extra warranty on lease. Super happy with staff but especially like to thank Kenny Blair our salesman who made process simple. Made us comfortable which I appreciate. Kudos and thank you Kenny.

Wonderful. I walked into Rockland Nissan for the first time at about 11 am on December 31. By about 3:30 pm I had a new Nissan Rogue in my garage!!

Well my rogue sport that I lease is excellent thus far and this is my second lease from here. However, this review will be for the manager Omar and an associate named Mitch. Unfortunately I don't think it means anything to be a customer to this dealership or to refer clients and be repeat business as family members of mine have also leased vehicles here via Bernie, who is a good salesman. But Mitch ran my social security number instead of my relative's when they leased a car earlier this week and offered me nothing to make it better (unless an attitude counts) and Omar offered me 1 measly

Sold me my car with misinformation, told me I had features I didn't and when I called they pretended the conversation never happened and was incredibly rude, scoffing they don't know what they want me to do while they kept eating. So many other dealerships in the area with considerate customer service, I'll go somewhere else to get my car serviced.

Despite the bad reviews, people will keep buying from them anyway. Because they sometimes have the car you're looking for. Here's what I can tell you about my experience with dealership.

Inexperienced sale person, rude, overpriced, zero communication. Know nothing about cars they are selling. The worst thing is there's a sale person that works there, Lenny, the guy has hearing issue. You have to replete yourself a couple times or until he gets what you say.

This place is a joke. I recommend Carvana if you're looking to finance. They'll change the monthly payment on you once you go to the finance office. Dishonesty is their mission statement.

It was by far the worst leasing experience ever. I've been leasing cars for 25 years and never encountered such dishonesty and incompetence in a dealership.

I must honestly say buying my car was was hassle free but when it came to me canceling the extended warranty I was talked into buying they dragged their feet. I went down to sign the forms and got a copy of the signed cancellation. I signed but they didn't. Seems like they don't want to give me my 3000$ I paid cash for the car and warranty why are they dragging their feet to cancel the warranty and return my funds. No Sir Ian not please...

STAY FAR AWAY FROM ROCKLAND NISSAN! Drove two hours from Philly to buy a car, which I previously called in for and was held for me. Got there and there are other agreements on this same car. SMH. I came in with $$, but the agreements were done over the phone and I still couldn't buy the car. NEVER AGAIN...

Awful! We saw a car advertised for 17k and called to get information. We were told that the car was there and since it was "basic" it was negotiable. Took the car for a drive and sat down to negotiate. Well!!! They changed the price from 17k to 22k stating that the internet price was just a BASE price--not sure what that means!!!
The car is still listed as 17k on the internet but we were now informed that the price went up another 2k. It is now 7k more than what it is advertised on the internet. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I am giving this place a 5 star due to experience buying car on this place is excellent!!!! However their SERVICE department is a zero rating. Service people are just super rude and very slow and just don't care .the checking area is like a hole on a wall it's a crazy setting try not to use the bathroom its worst than a Burger King restroom. You cant find a place to park your car. I hope they improve their facility and have a better service team on their service department.

Had no clue this warranty was added; asked for it to be removed May 9th 2019. They now cut a check, TODAY; 7/3/19. I was justifiably angry! They are dishonest people; liars, and will NEVER nor recommend anyone to use this particular dealership! They are waiting 90 days so the dealership doesn't lose money after I put in the request almost 2 months ago (should only take 30 to 45 days; not even)!!! Forgot to mention that the employee who sits at the upper desk on the right side said, "don't get mad because you have bad credit and can't afford to pay your bills!" Whatever

I live 20 miles away from Rockland Nissan, and I purchased a 2014 Pathfinder SV in October. Before completing the purchase, I had an awesome detailed inspection done by Lemon Protector's. There were a few things that needed repair/replacements before I completed the purchase, including changing of all four tires.

For the third time in 6 months, the car began having acceleration problems and also one of the tires just went flat. So, I made an appointment repair with a loaner. To start, the loaner was given to us dirty inside. Then, the whole day goes by, and I get a call telling me, they

Thoroughly impressed! I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Blair. I've been shopping for a car for a couple of months now and he gave me the best service out of all the dealers that I went to. Since I got my car here in 2015 the service here has declined to a terrible level. I made an appointment for a transmission fluid change at 8:30 it's now 2pm and my car isn't done. I was being helped by Christine a woman with brown hair and a mustache and when I returned to get my car at 12 I was told another 45 min I come back
45 min later and was told another 5-10 minutes. So I did my own investigation and walked into the area my car was getting fixed to find out my car was still up there and the fluid had not been changed... because Christine didn't know when I would be returning

I have had my leased Nissan Pathfinder for less than two years and took it in for a scheduled oil change. I came out with an estimate for almost $1,000 worth of work needed, including tires and brakes. These are all "maintenance" items so are not covered. I don't even have 27,000 miles! I questioned how all 4 tires are bad so quickly and I was told the tires had a no tread warranty, meaning there is no warranty at all. Horrible misrepresentation of the dealership. Went yesterday to look for a used car. Was told I could get a car for under $10,000 and would be approved instantly for financing. Signed the papers yesterday and went back today to do the financing paperwork to only wait 3 hours to be told I was not approved.

I'm on my 4th Nissan lease from Rockland Nissan, 2016 Rouge. At 28,000 miles it needed brakes and tires.

Since I got it the Blue Tooth hasn't worked properly. Early on the dealership told me it was my Apple phone, but it hasn't worked well on any phone we've connected to it.

Ten months left on the lease then I'm getting another type of car. Hopefully the new dealer will care about customer service.

March 13th. Nobody has reached out to us as of today.

Went to Nissan to purchase a car. Highly recommend to ask for Miguel Rodriguez. He did an excellent job at at being patient and informative about our needs. He really took the time to take care of us and assist us in making this big purchase. It never felt like he was trying to sell us on any gimmicks, he kept it real and maintained highly-satisfying customer service.
