Brand new 2022 Colorado. Brought it in for service (Touch screen freezing) only 650 miles. Dirk over in service, when I first came in, took me in immediately wrote it up and treated me awesome!!
Thanks Dirk!! Next day I called up in the afternoon and Dirk told me "Come pick up the truck, you're ready to go". Tech found a software problem with the radio and updated it with usb stick. Seems to be working so far.
Anyway, Dirk - Friendly, courteous and polite. Pleasure to have been a customer. Yes, I will be back for my service needs in future.

I brought my car in there on November 26th for service... After a week of not hearing anything I called only to find out there was something wrong with my transmission. I have an extremely expensive service contract which allows me a rental but until the vehicle is diagnosed properly they will not allow me to have a vehicle. I have called, texted showed up there and nothing! I just want to know what is going on with my car! I get a call yesterday, Jan 14th, telling me "my vehicle is ready, oh wait, can I call you back?" 1day later, NOTHING..what happened to customer service people..it's sad..I

The service advisor was rude and mean. She doesn’t know how to behave with the customer! I was very much disappointed.
The service manager is also rude and non cooperative. He never smile.
I should have given them 0(zero) star.

It was business as usual as I accompanied my friend to purchase his new car. The staff there were very customer oriented, and proved to be very knowledgeable with reference to the type of cars they carry. Though being very late in the evening, the sales rep went out of the way to assist my friend in getting his new car home, by driving it home for him as he came with his personal vehicle and it was some good distance away from the car lot to my friend's home.

I drop my car and night before Service day as they recommended.
I pick it up my car The following day at 6o’clock in the evening
I’ve been told they are short-staffed and to Busy
And did not have a chance to look at my car.
I’m being told to make another appointment three weeks later because they are overbooked.

I had a 9:30am service appointment. Dropped vehicle off at 9:35 for recall repair, was told the work would take about 3 hours. They said they'd call when it was done. Four hours later I hadn't heard from them, so I called. They hadn't even started on it. Hadn't started, and never bothered to call and let me know. For 4 hours I'm thinking they're working on the vehicle, and meanwhile it's just sitting in their lot. Their website says they're the best auto repair shop in Scarsdale. I don't think so.

I plugged my information into the Chevy general website looking to order a new Corvette that I built on the site configurator and was told the MSRP for. I was contacted by a rep from this dealership on these terms and the rep was dodgy about any financial questions, saying I would have to come into the dealership to have these questions answered. I spent an evening commuting about an hour to this dealership with the understanding that I could order for a new Corvette at MSRP which was advertised to me by the Chevy website and the terms for which I was contacted. The wait time to order a new one

I took my Chevrolet Colorado for a transmission issue , took approximately 2 to 3 weeks for them to tell me what the issue was . They corrected the issue but when they returned the vehicle to me it came with a engine issue afterwards of overheating, oil filter warning indicator light on when it never had no issue whatsoever before. The manager stated he cannot say if it came or did not come with that issue.. also he stated that if “more issue was found he would make it aware to charge more because they needed the money”. As a customer i feel offended with this comment and feel untrustworthy

Let me state my sales person was great to work with during they buying process. Things turned with my opinion of the dealership and the management when I requested to get an update on where my purchased car was. Communication and compassion to properly communicate updates has left me feeling like just a sales # toward the month.

When I asked the Sales Manager said "well seems like we are too much an inconvenience to you and why don't we just give you your money back" I would appreciate this if it wasn't said in such a disrespectful manner.

I agreed and wanted my money back

I brought my car in at the appointment time and was greeted immediately by a service rep. We reviewed my needs: NYS Inspection, 45,000 mile service, check air filters, front brakes ,and oil change. My car was finished in 2 hours and washed, looking great. All the time I sat in their safe and clean waiting room, watching TV and using the Wi-Fi. Very Happy!

The service department charged "check engine light diagnosis fee" even if all the needed repair was done. They won't give me an itemized list for the repair. The service manager's own math did not add up when he tried to explained how many hours were worked on the car.

This is probably the most expensive dealer in the area. $3000 over MSRP and trying to hold an intelligent email conversation is not one of their strong points. They are quick to respond but have nothing to say.

Mike was a pure gentlemen and has the patience of a saint, very knowledgeable of the products he sells. Went through the entire new car I purchased with me , answered all my question prior to sale and afterwards. He is not one of those pushy salesmen. Really enjoyed all my time spent with him prior and after the sale was finalized.

I scheduled an appointment with this dealership for service (oil change/state inspection). I waited in the waiting room without being told that my car wasn't even being worked on. And then I was given the explanation that - "in the car industry it's normal not to have your car worked on at the time you bring it in". What the hell kind of explanation is that? That's like saying I have an appointment, but I can't work on your car until next week. Absolutely insane explanation. READ ALL THESE REVIEWS!! Don't waste your time going here, you will overpay and get treated like s**t!

I went in to see my previous salesperson Brian Levine for a new Equinox and they told me he doesn't work there anymore, they wouldn't tell me why or where he went. I test drove an Equinox and they gave me payments, the payment was over $50 more per month then the one I am currently driving.
Are you for real?

I left and decided to go up the road to Beck Chevrolet and I am glad I did, who do I see there but my old sales guy Brian Levine! I couldn't believe my luck that

Used them for service for my suburban. Was cold called for a special on oil change + tire rotation and when I arrived was told a different price and they won't honor the phone call. What a waste of time.

When this many people took the time to post
a negative review, pay attention! The service was atrocious as was the communication. They could not locate the part that was ordered and, even though I had a service appointment, my car sat there most of the day . They started to service the car so many hours later that they didn't have time to work on the electrical problem. I was told to bring the car in again the next day. Not only did I take the day off from work, but, as they were told, I came in from Manhattan. I left Curry with an unfinished car..FIND ANOTHER DEALER!!!

Lousy service.
My husband put a down payment on a pickup truck and was told that they would contact him in eight weeks. After 9 weeks and no contact , my husband called only to be hung up on and told three times , three days in a row that the sales person, Michael D. . would return his call . No call. No apologies.

I'm very unhappy with the service Department, I took my new 2021 car in for an airbag service complaint for the 2nd time in 3 weeks at their facility, after keeping my car for 2 days I went to pick it up just to find out it was not fixed, they refused to fix it a second time claiming that GM will not pay them again for same repair which only lasted 3 weeks ! under warranty ! , yet they didn't tell me that when I dropped it off on purpose so that they can perform another unrelated factory recall that they charged GM for. I had to take

The absolute WORST Chevrolet dealership in Westchester! Went in to buy a truck with cash and they lied about receiving the wire. The said the wire was pending- either posts or it doesn't. Wires don't "pend" - even after showing them the wire trace that their bank Wells Fargo deposited the money they refused to release the truck. Then they stalled me for two hours till their corporate office closed- completed wasted my time. The next day no phone call or anything. I had to come back the next day to find out if the payment posted. The highest IQ down there is about 90. It&apos

I had my Jeep fixed after an accident at their body shop. They broke the AC and it is making a rattle noise now. I asked them to fix it, and they said it is not their fault and they haven't touched the AC. I confronted them with the invoice they gave me which AC Front Door is one of the items and they said oh that was for another car which they have put on my invoice by mistake!!!

They are very dishonest people.
