Area Sheet Metal is fantastic! I discovered them because the previous owner of our house had paid an annual subscription to them and they insisted that they honor the subscription she had paid even after we moved in. That was honorable and legit!
Since then I've kept my subscription up with them, they've proactively come, inspected, maintained,… etc. Only once did they have parts that they said I should replace. I can't recommend them enough - everyone should pay the annual subscription, it's well worth it and happy to know if my aging furnace were ever to go out that they're committed to

Our AC went out all of a sudden. I called Area Sheet Metal because of all the other glowing reviews online. They were able to send Mike out within 30 minutes of my initial phone call. He came in and told me what was wrong within 5 minutes, had an estimate within 20 minutes, patiently explained every detail to multiple people in my house hold, and had the problem fixed before 5 pm. The repair was pricey because of our particular system, but I was so pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. Mike was so nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I'm just really thankful we were able to get this

First of all, what a very professional business to deal with! Our air conditioning was out for a week, waiting for our home warranty to come out and fix it, well they didn’t! We called area and we had a technician out in a couple of hours. Let me tell you about this fine, young technician, his name is Mike, and if you can get him to help you, please do, you will be more than satisfied. I’m pretty sure that Mike knows more in his younger years than I have learned, working for 45 years. Mike was all business and professional right off the bat, got right into the problem, figured it out, and rectified
