Earl's was the third company we had come out. We bought our house in 2020 (built in '96) and had a new Trane furnace installed in 2019. We thought it was fantastic and would have no issues. And then we went to start our furnace this year and it wouldn't start. Our 2 year old furnace had horrendous build up and such bad corrosion it looked to be 25-30 years old. Earl's came out and saved the day. They explained the reason it looks like this is the pervious home owners did not upgrade their return drop to the correct size so the furnace was not getting 1600 cfm going in and out which caused it to

Homeowners beware. My A/C was not working. Earl's set out a technician who got my a/c to work by rigging my outdoor unit. Unbeknownst to me the tech disconnected a very important low pressure switch and left a bunch of wires disconnected and hanging loose in my a/c unit and charged me $320 bucks for the half baked repair. I paid them their money because I was happy at that time that the a/c was working. They also wanted to replace my duct zone controller, which has nothing to do with the function of the a/c unit for another $1000 and change my functioning outside blower motor for $1500 because

Mathew was a true professional that knows his trade. He was an absolute breath of fresh air. Mathew was here when he said he would be amd got our AC fixed. True customer service!!!!!! I would recommend this company and the way they treated me to anyone. Great Job Mathew!!!! Even checked on us three hours later to be sure it was working.

We woke up and the A/C wasn't working. I called Earl's and they were very courteous and helpful over the phone. Happily, our service tech arrived 15 min early and within an hour. He was friendly and courteous. He found the problem and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. He solved the problem and the fees were reasonable. I've used them in the past and will do so when we need them in the future. Thanks Corey. Great job.

We contacted Earl’s to inquire about a new A/C since ours was at the end of its life. We decided to replace the furnace at the same time since it was old. Everyone we dealt with from Earl’s was outstanding. The people who answer the phone were polite and courteous. The owner stopped out to answer our questions and obtain information to create a quote. He retuned with a quote and we decided to have the work done. The owner was patient with us and answered all our questions and explained what to expect. The install team was outstanding. They were polite, professional and respectful of our property

Earl’s Heating is the greatest company to have work done for your heating and air conditioning needs. They are very very good at their jobs. They are on time and very curious. I have had work done several times for furnace and my air conditioning and they were great. So call if you need work done on your furnace or air conditioning. They can’t be beat!!!! UPDATE!
So, my air stopped working again after the service repair. I was informed that I needed a new condenser and told some extra things that just were adding up to be expensive.
I contacted another servicemen and my condenser worked fine. The new guy simply poured water into the condenser and it worked! Earl's wants you to think they charge more because their techs are better. NOT TRUE. So I finally got my air fixed and thankfully was able to return the new condenser that I unnecessarily purchased. My central air is working so great that I feel like I live in the arctic.

Our furnace went out a week ago. Earls came out and replaced our furnace and air conditioner. They did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the quality of service and professionalism we recieved. Anthony and Shane are excellent. They explained everything and were very efficient and friendly. Had them come out and they misdiagnosed an issue with my furnace. They said they would call me with an estimate to repair and never did. It's been weeks now. They shut off the gas to my furnace and didn't follow up?!?
Luckily I got a company to come give a second opinion. They came out and they fixed the issue the same day. They saved me thousands of dollars.

Our first contact with Earl's was with Lauren who came out to give us an estimate on a tankless water heater. Her expertise on the tankless water heater was much appreciated as we had never had a tankless water heater before and didn't know much about them.
