Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and very comfortable with technician Ronier. My furnace stopped working on Christmas day and my insurance had been called to send someone out on 12-21 2021 and we paid our 50.00 deductible they kept telling my husband 24 hrs, Finally christmas day it was out completely. Then my insur. told us well there is a pandemic and it is Christmas day, WHAT, REALLY, we pay them so this doesn't happen as my wife spent Christmas day on the phone with our insurance demanding repair, they told us we can find our own contractor and they would reimburse us, REALLY

I needed my furnace looked at, Ron came and diagnosed the issue it turned out that I needed a new furnace and water heater due to basement flooding. Ron kept in constant contact, updating me every step of the way. Very professional and down to earth! Quoted me a price and stuck with that even installed my appliances on a Sunday! I needed to get my air conditioning and furnace serviced and I chose this company because of all the positive reviews. Amazing. My wife and I have been working from home, so when the AC went out in the evening, and the forecast said it was going to be 90+ the next few days, we panicked. No worries. The next MORNING our AC was fixed. Professional, intelligent, personable, kind, understanding, I really can't say enough. Totally impressed. My 21year old AC unit failed and was in need of replacement. I obtained several quotes for the replacement of a 2.5 ton unit. The best quote and most favorable warranty were provided by Ron field of Comfort-Aire-Inc. After accepting the offer and the unit was installed there was an on-off cycling problem.Ron came back out analyzed the problem and… determined that the unit was under sized and needed to be upgraded to a 3ton unit. He replaced the unit with a 3 ton and upgraded my thermostat with a more modern one. When I ask how much the additional charge would be, I was shocked when he said
