When installing a pool we found out our fence wasn’t to code. Carl’s to the rescue. Delivered on time. Fence installed expertly by Ruben with great attention to details. Looks great. Then when we couldn’t figure out how to get the gate alarm attached our salesman Robert came to help install it. That’s the kind of service that brings customers back!

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Rob came out measured the job spent over and hour and half going over the job with my wife and I to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Carl’s was very accommodating with scheduling worked around our schedule.
Even when the install began the installers went over the job with us again to make sure everything was still as we wanted. The installers were by far the most courteous workers we have had perform work at our home. When completed it was if no one was even on site.

My father recommended Carls Fences to me after he used the company for a project earlier this year. Although my husband and I ultimately decided not to install a fence at all, we were very impressed with Robert Kessler, who spent a lot of time with us and was very patient with us as we figured out how we wanted to proceed. Even though he believed the concerns we had about installing a fence could be overcome, we greatly appreciated that he listened to and respected our concerns, and wanted us to be happy. We would use Carls Fences if we had any fencing needs in the future.

They came to fix my fence door. Service was excellent and prices are very reasonable. I had another issue later on but they came and resolved it in a timely fashion. Would recommend.

This company does shoddy work and their Sales Guy Mike does whatever he can to milk every job , used them years ago , they showed up with the wrong size fence and had to come back. When we needed them to repair their fallen fences Mike showed up acted like he was being faulted for his shoddy overpriced work ,he was , never presented a repair estimate and good riddance to these louts put up with their lousy work too long ! Avoid these slick fence hustlers at all cost. The good reviews gets are from morons
that don't know any better !

They have all the supplies you need. A little more expensive than home depot / lowes but it's good to support a local business. They respond fast. Good customer support

From the start with salesman Bob K. to final installation these guys know all there is to know about fences. They assisted with the village permit (so annoying) sending all the paperwork to expedite that process. The installation team of Ernesto & Co. arrived ready for action. They knew their stuff and worked quickly and efficiently. They took what was supposed to be a two day job and finished it in one. And installed a gate in the back as well. The results speak volumes! They took the old fence away and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. My only tip is that they don't install

On 07/08/2019 we had a BUFFTECH Fence installed. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job. They were professional, polite and respectful. I have never seen such hard workers. Prior to ordering the fence we dealt with Michael. He too was very professional and not pushy at all. He knows the fence business very well and was spot on with his measurements. I would definitely recommend Carl's Fence.

An outstanding experience from start to finish! Another company had installed our wood stockade fence three years ago, and flatly refused to repair it after several posts and sections came crashing down in a storm. Unbelievable abusive behavior from Carl's Fence. What happened to this company? First they went a month past the appointment date, then they left the job with sharp metal sticking out the ground near a pool and an illegal latch. It took months of reminding them to fix it. I used them instead of their competitor because they claimed to be experts in poolside installation regulations. They refused to change the latch until I got them proof in writing from New York State regulatory authorities. Just had a white vinyl fence put in by Carls. They did a great job. The crew worked so hard. It really finished by yard off. Smooth from start to finish. The salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again guys.

I researched many fence companies on Long Island after we had another well known fence company install a small fence (which was such low quality, we have since ripped that original fence out). Every one of the Carl's fences I have seen (they proudly display their name & rightfully so!) have been of the utmost quality in materials and workmanship. Even Costco in Westbury used them! They didn't want my business. Everyone knows that you need to shop around and get a few estimates before you go spending 10 thousand dollars on something. I called and asked if they do free estimates and was told "it depends". I then was told that "I didn't need to get estimates I should go on the internet and Angies list and get recommendations and then call him when I am ready". I looked around town to see which pvc fence looked the best and i could not find a carls fence that did not look good so I went to their pace on hicksville road

Really big showroom with lots to look through, and I was not bombarded with a hard sell, they gave me a price right over the counter and honored the price when the rep came by to double check my measurements, he was really knowledgeable and came up with some ideas I did not consider

So far so good, it's been a few months and my fence looks as good as the day installed
