I had an awful experience with Bill Joyce the representative for Massachusetts, the product is terrible and the gate cracked multiple times. He lied and told me he would replace the fence which he never did. I contacted him back about it and he told me he decided he would not replace it anymore even though they were suppose to. I would never use their products again or do any business with Bill Joyce.

I spoke with John in the customer service department. He refuses to answer any of my questions such as 1) What's the proper procedure to install their PVC fence posts? 2) Are their PVC products returnable? He rudely kept telling me to go through one of their Installers for that information. Also, Interstate destroyed my asphalt driveway with their heavy vehicle when delivering the fences to my house and did not have the decency to apologize. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
