I needed my roof on my shed repaired. I got a quote from them in September 2020 I agreed to it and I was told they couldn't do it for a few months and they would get back to me. I had to keep calling them and Sal kept telling me they would get to me. I called today, April 6, 2021 and Sal told me they could not do it. After waiting 7 months he tells me NO. He should have told me this right away. Poor customer service.

No customer service. I emailed them multiple times about an older wooden playset I would like to have maintenanced. After the third attempt they wrote to say there was nothing they could do to save it. Did not even offer alternatives or pricing for similar models until I proved. When they sent me a quote for a newer model it was 6k. I know this set is no where near 6k. Seems insanely overpriced. I will find someone interested in doing business with me.

I had a basketball system recently installed. Staff at Wood Kingdom was a pleasure to work with and given the current situation with COVID, their understanding of our situation was greatly appreciated. They sent over a worker who not only got the job done in record time, but their sweet installer took the time to shoot a few hoops with my kids putting smiles on their faces! This is a response to Wood Kingdom’s previous response to my complaints about my shed arriving 20 weeks late, poor customer service, and incomplete installation.
Wood kingdom does not take responsibility for their errors. Eric who answered the phone explained that the wrong color shingles were sent to complete the roof that was shipped with an inadequate amount initially. Solve the problem by checking and confirming that what was ordered is correct before delivery. Not rocket science just common sense. Don’t reschedule the appointment with an approaching snow storm on a Sunday if employees

Ordered our swing set early in May, 2020. They told us upfront that it would take about 4-6 weeks for the manufacturer to supply the swing set due to COVID restrictions. They contacted us about 4 weeks later to inform us that we should expect delivery and installation the following week (last Tuesday). The wrong swing set arrived from the manufacturer, which was one step up from the one we ordered. No extra charge due to confusion on the manufacturers end and installed it that same day. Don't make the same mistake: September 1, 2020, I purchased an A-frame shed from Wood Kingdom (Sal Leocata) for $3,500 dollar with a delivery date of 8 to 12 weeks. I left a cash deposit of $1750 to seal the deal. On January 28, 2021, 20 weeks later, the shed was delivered and placed on my driveway at 1045 am. That same day, the installers proceeded to set the shed up in the backyard; however, they did not have enough shingles to complete the installation of the roof. My wife and I visited Wood Kingdom in early March to look at swing sets. We spent some time over the next few weeks researching different manufacturers, materials, etc. and decided to purchase a Gorilla Chateau Playset with the Treehouse top. Although the installation cost was slightly less at the big box retailers, I preferred to go with Wood Kingdom's installers. Since the quarantine went into effect, I wanted to get a swing set for the grandkids. I ordered a Gorilla set from bjs that was supposed to take a week to get. A week later I received notice it would be 3-4 more weeks which was totally unacceptable. I called wood kingdom, expecting a long wait and for it to be expensive. Well the same set was basically the same price as bjs and they were able to deliver it next day. Thanks to Shannon for his help.

We had our swingset delivered on Wednesday and everything went great ! My son absolutely loves his swing set and has been out on it ever single day our only complaint is that they left all the boxes .... I've never had another company do that before they usually take everything with them when they leave !

I love this place, both for open play and for purchases. They have tons of large slides and it's like a very big indoor playground with tons to climb on. Lots of ride on toys and push cars, a bounce house, and a toddler climber with slide. There are benches and tables for a quick snack break or to bring lunch and parents get free coffee or tea. I think $12 is a bit steep for what it is, but my son always enjoys it and so do I! I also purchased a shed from them and they were one of the better prices, great sales guy and the delivery and set up was seamless.

I wanted to share an experience we had today. My daughter LOVES playgrounds and indoor play places just as much as any kid. But due to health issues and a severely compromised immune system we haven't been able to allow her to go. An incredible person I never met (the owner of this great place) reached out to me offering us 2hrs of play at Wood Kingdom in Farmingdale. She closed it to the public and specially cleaned the night before. They gave the kids snacks and drinks to boot and refused to take any money. Thank you so much Linda Tighe-Spodek. I wanted to take my son to Wood Kingdom when I found out about it. Hubby beat me to the punch and took him there on one of my work days but this past Saturday after the gym, he suggested we go again and I was all for it.
This is a great place to go for indoor play during the winter. It's spacious, there's a ton of indoor playgrounds and a bouncy castle for the kids to go on.
My one issue was certain slides and tunnels were a little tight for me to get through. My son does independent play but he does want me to go on playground equipment with him still

Chose this company to move a set from my neighbors how to nine. We were never given receipt for the transaction. No one came before had to survey the property to determine a SAFE flat part of my back yard to put the set. The company didn't call when they were on there way. They came at the very last minute of the appointment time. The associates you sent had difficulty communicating with my husband and I, because of language barrier. In short I was very displeased with the service.

We bought a Gorilla play set from here a few months ago. Everything has been great so far. I dealt with the owner who was very helpful and gave me a great deal. My review is for open play only. The area had about three playground structures and two bounce houses/slides. My son really enjoyed playing on them, so that is why I have three stars. Otherwise I think the place is poorly run. I'm wondering if they clean the place because the bathroom and play equipment looked dirty. They had only one ride on car which was causing fights between children. A child climbed on top of my son and pushed him out of the car. His parent was nowhere in site. When my daughter and I were there, the place was clean, as in vacuumed. The overall feel of the place, however, is kind of grimy, as compared to similar playspaces. Again - the place is clean, if it were dirty, we would have been out of there - but the bounce houses especially have seen better days. I see a photo below of a yellow bounce house, I don't remember that one, maybe it's new.
The play forts are plastic composite, can def bear kiddie weight

Had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here. Marina and Brianna were sweet and helpful throughout the entire party. The booking process was handled by my daughter's father, so I can't really speak to that experience. But I did speak to someone over the phone a few days before the date of the party, and I was offered extra food and drink options for the adult guests which was good and something I hadn't thought of originally.

I took my 2 year old here today and she absolutely loved it. She loves sliding over and over again. I wouldn't recommend brining a 2 year old cause of the big bounce slides but they other slides are cool. It was just as if she was at a playground outside but only indoors. Also, this place has so much playground set you can purchase I will be investing in one soon.
