Recently moved to Waldorf and found myself in need of garage door repair. I posted to the Charles county FB page requesting recommendations. Received several recommendations for Access Garage. I contacted them and they had a technician at my home the same day.
Matt (Technician) explained that I had a broken spring, bracket and cables. Upon my approval to proceed, he had my door working within the hour. He also explained that the opener itself was in need of replacement (20+ Years old). He also showed me why. Before leaving, he provided a quote for the new opener with explanation for what Access

We had an incident with our garage door and Matt was going to drive from Port Republic to White Plains to fix it on a Friday evening. Thankfully, I fixed it before he left. But because of his willingness to help out a stranded potential customer, I made sure I became a customer. I had them install a commercial grade garage door opener which is more quiet than the one I have on my residential property. Matt, Greg and Stephanie are professionals that I will refer business in the future.

Scheduled an appointment with Access Garage Doors and everything about the service was great. Excellent customer service, affordable, timely, knowledgeable and friendly. They even fixed an error that a previous company made and it was still a great deal! Hopefully I won’t need them again, but I highly recommend them!!!

I checked out our local garage door opener services and first called Access Garage Door Services and spoke to the receptionist. I explained that we wanted to replace our garage door opener and described our past experiences. I asked her what would be the approximate cost and she replied with a range cost which seemed very reasonable. I asked to speak to a technical person and she indicated they were all out in the field. After speaking to her about my options having provided an approximate cost, I decided to setup an appointment with Access Garage Door Services.

Kudos to my two technician Greg and Matt. When I called I needed emergency service. My garage door came off the track and we could not close the door. Matt came over and fixed the door that same day in a few hours he arrived to our house - Excellent Service. He did a wonderful job and had 5-star customer service skills. He told me we needed to replace the springs because they didn't support my garage door. I made an appointment for a week later as the new parts needed to be ordered. Greg came out to install the new springs and the new wheels we requested. He was on-time and answered all our questions
