Our company began in 2010 as a local business that only covered the City of San Diego. Our technicians at Mexsteam carpet cleaning will start with pre spray your carpet with premium nontoxic solution to losen up the tough soils and oils that sticks to the carpet. This company was completely unprofessional. The cleaner that came to my house was rude and an hour late. I asked him kindly if he can please wear booties in the area where I have a rug and my baby plays and the man proceedes to tell me how "impossible" that was (its not ive gotten my couch cleanes before) he was being lazy... then proceeded to say that I should've called another company (probably because this one hires lazy workers). And I was telling him that he didnt have to be rude and I just want the area clean because my baby plays there he just walked away and left... and I already paid for

FYI, they have a portable system that's not connected the vehicle. I don't have an elevator and they would have to bring their system up the stairs. Hence they charge you extra for this labor to move the equipment. You won't like the attitude of the workers and their boss is delusional in thinking that he can point the finger back at the customers. Sorry you can find better workers who are committed to your business.

I love MexSteam. They've been my go-to now for a few years. With a FULL household that includes pets, reliable carpet and upholstery cleaning services are a must. Val is so polite and kind, responsive, thorough, and reasonable. My OCD motivates me to use them more than I need to (and he tells me that, which I appreciate because it saves me $$!). I hired this company to clean my carpets to complete a move- out carpet cleaning. Val showed up, but complained about not finding parking. Demanded access to the secured garage. I had already moved out, which he knew, and had no way to give him access to the garage. He finally found street parking, then demanded payment up front before starting the carpet cleaning. I refused because it is unheard of to pay for services in advance. He had never mentioned that I'd have to pay in advance. The agreement was that I'd pay him via Venmo when he completed the job.

I purchased a Groupon to get my daughter's room cleaned and I thought it was a good deal $40 for 2 rooms and a hallway but when I went to schedule and appointment, they wanted me to agree to terms and conditions that said they could charge my for a number of reasons and it looked very unprofessional because of the incorrect grammar. Apparently there is a $30 charge if you're over the 15 mile limit from downtown (I live in RSD) with Groupon (it's normally 25 mi) and I asked the guy if he can just substitute the hallway or other bedroom for the extra 3 miles because I couldn't

Found Tal several years ago when I had a new stubborn puppy who refused to potty train. I have been using his service ever since. Great guy, great work, great price. I highly recommend. Tal did a such a great job! not only did he show up half an hour early but when he arrived he was friendly and so nice! I explained to him about the Carpet stains I had from the previous carpet cleaners and how they could not get out the dirt stains, he amazed me with how he was able to pick up all the stains. I got the deep cleaning treatment and he was able to clean my carpet like new. I found my family a new carpet cleaning company! Surf's up dude! Lol, he's a surfer dude and about that beach life we had that in common! Lol, overall awesome guy and five star service I recommend him

I was really worried about my pet odor from my puppy urine but mexsteam went above and beyond to help me get rid of the smell gave me @ 99% guarantee and surely the smell is gone with special instructions for after care to get the smell out completely worked and I really appreciate the how much effort he put in to help me out. Overall if I could give them more then 5 stars I would , I will definitely be going back to them

I had a 9am appt on Thursday, they showed up on time and got right to work. Our carpets are old and have very high traffic areas. I run a home daycare and needed it done to reopen on Monday. I had cleared out almost everything to have it ready, which was pretty time consuming.
After they left as I walked around I could hear the water sloshing as I walked. We got some fans circulating and left to run errands.
When we got home about 5hrs later we saw many brown spots that were not there beforehand. As I walked around the areas I could feel it was still very wet. I texted the owner with pictures
