Talked with Brad regarding ordering a 2022 Ford Vehicle. Said he talked with the sales manager and stated it would be a $500 deposit and the car would be sold @ MSRP. Sales manager Curt calls me the next day to place the order, says it’s a $1000 deposit instead of $500 and says the car will be $10,000 markup over MSRP. Misinformation provided all over. Do not do business with this dealership. Wasted time and don’t appear to care about the customer.

I bought a truck here about a year ago and thankfully I paid extra for the warranty. It’s been back in the shop for the same problems every month since I bought it. Every vehicle I’ve bought here has had nothing but issues and they just charge me thousands and never resolve anything. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Back Again in 2021, needed new head light, radiator leak check, and suspension air system check. Awesome service. Had an appointment and they got right on it. Once again saving us money 💰. No you don't need a flush, no coolant is fine. Reservoir has small crack. Great Job. Two other ram dealers could not find. Did I say five STARS.

The service department at Belle Fourche is great to work with. Dropped off our truck for a repair - they had to order an unsuspected part that wouldn’t be in for 7-10 days. We were not happy, as we had a 10 day camping trip planned - but without our pickup we wouldn’t be able to go. Cindy came through with a loaner truck that we could put our fifth wheel hitch in, and we were able to go on vacation. Thank you Scott Peterson Motors for going above and beyond!!

Brian the Service Manager in the shop is a really great fellow to work with and he has treated us well he knows his trade. He is patient and compassionate as well competent in getting the job done. I gave a four star because that's his shops stars! I didn't do sales a star because they don't deserve one! Enough said. Thanks again to Brian!

I have done 8 transactions with Scott Peterson. This last one has been a complete and utter disaster. I am blown away by the business ethics that this place has. After all the customers I have sent them and the trucks I have bought from this place I will never ever refer a customer again to this horrible disrespectful joke of a dealership. I will be pursing legal action against Scott Peterson I have every email, text message and phone call. Tim and Joel have SEVERLY let me down this time.
