Madd Hatter came out and cleaned my chimney friday. They showed up in the time frame they said and got the job done. No real issues took a little longer than I thought it should have but over all I'm happy it's done. Thanks for your help! The only thing I absolutely did not like or appreciate is that at the end he said he can except tips if you are willing to or not.

Sivol was great. He was fun to work with and we enjoyed having him working on our home. He took time to explain why the system was being install. The only thing we wish we had known about all the price increases prior to the final bill. They were all justified as their were hidden issues with our install, just an extra 300.00 on top of already discussed increase from original quote was a little shocking. Other than that we have a new completely custom chimney and would highly recommend Madd Hatter to anyone who needs a great chimney installed.

James did a wonderful job! Very professional and did a very thorough job. We went with a level 2 inspection and the details, pictures and videos was very helpful. He was punctual and worked quickly. Scheduling an appointment was so quick and easy because you can do it online. Other companies I called would have you leave a message and never call back. I will use Madd Hatter again!

These guys ripped me off and I am pissed! Coming in and being real nice with manners and all of that; and the job was done well then they hit me with the bill. They added onto it saying it was more work than originally thought. Not the way to conduct business Madd Hatter. I should have never paid the additional amount. I would NEVER hire this outfit again, and I have told a good number of people who ask me for a recommendation on a chimney sweep company, to never hire them.

Very nice guy but he added an extra $100 onto the bill after he was done with the work claiming that because I had two flue chambers it was more work. There was never any indication given that my particular fireplace would cost more to clean than the originally agreed upon value. He did the work then hit me with the inflated bill. Not the proper way to do business.
