Great service with knowledgeable professionals. Cameron came out for an inspection /cleaning and provided great feedback and advice for moving forward - not to mention very friendly and respectful of our home. Confirmed multiple times that our pets wouldn't try to escape while he moved in and out of the front door. We'll be using Mountain Hearth & Patio for our wood burning insert.

I had Mountain Man Fireplace come to my home (Evergreen Hiwan Ridge) to check out my 3 gas burning fireplaces just a month ago. Now 2 of my fireplaces don't work correctly. The next morning after they had left, where they were doing a routine check up, my entire basement was filled with gas, exposing my daughter, her husband and 2 grandchildren to GAS!!!!!, Danger and potential health issues.
When I called back, it took a lot to get someone back out to repair. I talked to their office and they were not interested in fixing my gas fireplaces. I have asked 2 employees to have the owner call me.

I bought the Mendoza 33i Reflective Black Porcelain with Oiled Bronze and Oak Logs. My fireplace turned from a COLD DARK HOLE to a Warm, Cozy, Beautiful energy saving true fireplace. The installation was not long, but done so professional. Nick chose the best possible look with my awkward fireplace built from Moss Rock and turned my ugly, cold eye sore into beautiful and cozy. I’m so impressed with the effort to make it beautiful for my home. The warmth was instant compared to traditional log burning or cheaper versions of impostor inserts.

All three gentlemen were very professional, put down floor coverings, cleaned up after themselves, and were pleasant to deal with!

Mountain Man came to my home today.. Dylan was my Technician and was training a new person & i would highly recommend them for your fireplace needs! I used to sell wood burning fireplaces & stoves for a living so i know a thing or two about them!! Its was nice talking about the industry again! They were very knowledgeable about the "safety " of fireplaces and chimney flues!! Very professional & will definitely use them again next year! This year Darius came to perform our chimney cleaning and he was incredibly thorough and thoughtful in explaining all aspects of the work performed. Ranae and Danny came out to sweep and inspect the two fireplaces And she needs in our new home. They were very thorough as well as professional and extremely knowledgeable about fire safety and Cheney upkeep. They noticed my cap is not correct and instead of trying to do something now they decided it was better to go back and talk to the general manager to make sure they were doing it right. I would highly recommend this company.
