Before your team arrives for your scheduled cleaning please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces - this includes clothing, kids toys and dishes in the kitchen sink. If payment has not already been arranged, leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter or if you're going to be home and meet the cleaners, you can also pay by credit card.

I have to say, those who state this company do a good job, are either working for the company and are getting paid to do these reviews or they don't know what clean looks like. Here's why. I specifically told them before I left my house to leave the door open because I have a parrot inside the house and I know what the chemicals can do to a bird. I come home and my parrot was dead. Not to mention, the cleaning was HORRIBLE. They offered me a discount on one hour ..... I had paid for 7 1/2 hours plus add ons for a deep clean in the cabinets, oven ..etc ; They didn't even wash the dishes.. LOL please

Cleaning a house is tough to get done right and we've all got ideas on how thorough it should be. Another person will probably never fully live up to your standards. In which case it's unlikely any service will suit you. I'm prefacing my review this way because of the degree of difficulty in finding dependable, quality workers for this type of work.

One of the only cleaners I called that responded quickly and was able to schedule right away. Move in deep clean was great, efficient and affordable compared to what I’ve paid in the past. Both cleaners worked the entire time and the house looks great. The refrigerator looks like new. I’m hoping the bi-weekly service is similar. The office checked in and scheduling was easy for the future.

Do not use there services. Not only do they not clean your house but my necklace was missing. I called the owner. She would not budge. She charged me full price for the cleaning service and called me a liar. That necklace was very sentimental to me and it broke my heart. The housekeeper kept saying she had blood in her stomach and could not even stand up. BEWARE do not use this company. They are horrible. Thank

I “love” this cleaning service. I booked them for a deep cleaning. I had 2 cleaners come out and they did a wonderful job, they were professional and on time. They took their time to clean and I did not have to go behind them and do it again. As a satisfied customer, I will most likely book them again. If you desire thorough cleaning definitely hit them up.

The company was hired to do a deep cleaning. The company really should be ashamed of the job.
1. After they left pieces of paper where not vacuumed up which we had to vacuum our self and another section of the house as basically their vacuum was poor.
2. I ran my hand across part of a door and had a layer a dust on it after they been here.
3. I moped a a wood floor after they been here and just a layer of dirty came up.
Not sure what they call a deep clean but this was not one of them. This is not a company I would recommended for deep cleaning. I would say the people that came

Cristiane & Luciano arrived on time (actually I was notified they were 1/2 hour ahead of schedule & MINT asked if it was okay for them to arrive early - it was perfect!)
Luciano did most of the communicating. We all did a walk thru upfront to confirm the areas & expectations I had for the deep clean. He & his wife Cristiane were both very pleasant and worked well as a team.
Although I discontinued my previous service only ~1.5 months ago, they found numerous areas that probably had not been touched in a LONG time. They spent about 4.5 hours in my 3/3 condo and did a few things that were above

We chose this group off of Angles list. We were very disappointed in the service we received. We were unable to go to the property until 24 hours after the cleaning, when we arrived the air conditioning was on high and the lights in the bedrooms and bathrooms were on, this was upsetting. We had asked for a move out cleaning so we thought they would at least wipe the walls but they did not. The bathrooms looked pretty good and so did the kitchen, and it was vacuumed. I had put a new tub of spackle in the drawer with the extra keys for the house, so

I had someone to come in and clean for 4 hours. the first hour she spent on her phone and for the next 3 hours I'm really not sure what she did. Highly disappointed. She told her managers that she couldn't remove stains in my shower. I have a broken right wrist and I went in and had to do it. Very poorly managed.

Well, we are still in progress on the job, but so far so bad. We are 5 hours in on a group of 4 cleaners and still very much not to the expectations or contracted work. It was agreed they would do a DEEP clean on a 2400 squarefoot home for a significant cost. I did not expect to need to babysit and double check the work along the way, but here I am doing just that. Management has done little although they have been alerted, except they did call me within an hour of starting to add 4 extra hours (1 for each person) to the quote. We had our house deep cleaned by 2 people for 4 hours. They showed up on time, and did an exceptional job. The appliances and bathroom were spotless. The house looked and smelled great when I got home.
Communication with the company has been great. They call and send appointment reminder emails and texts. They seem to be flexible and are able to change dates.
They even called me the day after cleaning services to make sure they were up to my standards and if I have any requests or recommendations.
Will be using for regular cleaning services. I would recommend.

The job was satisfactory. Major appliances were sparkling and clean, small things were overlooked. Included in the move out cleaning is cleaning the inside of cabinets, that was not done. It's an easy fix but not one that should be done when you pay $160 for a clean. They did offer to send someone back to fix the issue which was appreciated. I didn't like that they called and asked for an extra hour(I paid for 2) to finish up the cleaning when it was 2 individuals in a mostly clean 520 sqft apartment.
