Picked up a NICE 2015 Nissan van here. This is my 4th purchase from a dealership and Carmel Auto Gallery blew the last 3 places out of the water! They were very welcoming there was no BS no pressure just straight up professionalism and honesty! My plans to finance with my bank fell threw so they hooked up the financing got a very reasonable 50 month payment plan and drove off the same day I came in. Can't wait to do more business in the future. I tried posting some pics not having any luck with that. I also speak Russian now. Carmel Auto Gallery is awesome !

Terrible customer service, and now found out that they misinformed me of a warranty I don’t have cause the company folded, but still has $3500 of my money (the warranty amount) that was rolled in with my financing. I’ve spent money out of pocket for warranty issues and no help whatsoever to me OR the finance company. Terrible

What an awesome experience! James Myers is Processional, Prompt, and Informative. I found a 2017 Ford F150 lariat on their website. I made the trip from Columbus, Ohio and I’m glad I did.

Don't but from Carmel Auto Gallery, they do not inspect vehicles we bought truck, in less than 30 days had to replace front brakes, change oil, cruise control not working, and check engine light on. We took to dodge dealership got inspection sent them receipts and repair cost now they will not honor. Close to $1500.00 in repairs that have or need done. After paying $33,000 for truck. 🤬

Bought a 2012 BMW X5 this past weekend. James, the salesman, was very laid back and very helpful. The process went pretty smoothly as well.
The only negative would be that when they "detailed" the car after we bought it, that basically just meant they washed the outside. They also didn't put any gas in it, I had to put gas in it before I got home from the dealership.
They did contact me after leaving my review to ask me if they could make the negatives right. I appreciate the staff for wanting to do a good job and satisfy customers. This put their rating at 5 stars from me!

Enjoyed this dealership! Talk about a laid back atmosphere! Great no pressure. It felt really comfortable. Test drive as many vehicles as you need or want until you are happy you have the right one. I was looking for a good used 3/4 ton pickup and I found it here. I had looked at tons of them everywhere and I knew their price was right, but they did work with me a little on it, which made me feel better about it overall. Love the truck and Valerie, our salesperson, was spectacular. Very helpful and I have a feeling we will back for more!

Finally got a salesman that returned texts after about 3 weeks. I requested that he personally inspect the vehicle for ANY & ALL cosmetic damage. I received more pictures and the assurance that the Porsche Cayenne I was looking at was in great condition with no cosmetic damage. I was told it had been detailed and was ready to go. I drove 9 hours to pick up the car. Upon driving and inspecting the car I easily found the following: cracked parking lens, metal trim pried from vehicle below the grill, cuts in the leather of the back seat, corroded tailpipes and water damage on carpet under front passenger

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Matt specifically in finance was very difficult to work with. I had an issue back in May. He told me to call back in a month so I did. I attempted to call back several other times and it wasn’t until now (September 8th) that he finally contacted me. When he did he was extremely rude and he said and I quote ‘what you think is irrelevant to me and I don’t care’. Very unprofessional. I would advise to go somewhere else.
