Mike Love, the sales person and Brandon, who facilitated the financing, were personable, extremely helpful and professional. I live 3 hours from the dealership and was forced by circumstance to make a snap decision sight unseen to buy this car. These guys had everything prepared before I arrived. My husband and I both purchased cars from Fishers Imports at the Northwest location and had the best buying experience. We originally went there and met with car saleaman Myron. He was courteous and polite and was very upfront about what they could or could not do. They did not waste our time. When my husband got a few more answers from the team there he decided to make his purchase of his dream car. An Audi A8L. He told the team where he wanted to be payment wise and they delivered. I purchased a 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S from Fishers Imports in April 2020. I arranged to have the dealership ship my vehicle to my home in Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately my vehicle was damaged during shipping. That's where the nightmare began. Fishers Imports initiated a claim with the transport company's insurance and then I was told I'd have to handle the claim from there. 6-MONTH'S LATER, with NO help from the dealership, I was able to negotiate a compromised settlement with the transport company. Congrats for being my first negative review. Warning for those who are buying from out of state. Fishers will promise to do things then change their mind and sell the car out from under you. On Thursday afternoon (before Labor Day) Nick with Fishers Imports states that they welcomed a PPI and could take the car over to a local shop. I called Tom Wood Porsche to get the price and process, they said to have Fishers contact them and set up. Then I would pay them the $399 fee for a PPI and they would present results shortly thereafter.

Would I recommend them? No. Would I buy again from them? No. Did I keep my car? Yes.
One mistake, two mistakes, three mistakes, four.
1- The salesman told me one the one I wanted had one previous owner. Got the CARFAX report. Turned out to be two owners.
2- They did not change my oil prior to buying. I had to drive back down for them to do so (I live in a different state).
3- They gave me barely a quarter tank of gas when I left.
4- They did not process the title with the BMV after two weeks of me hounding them. It took multiple phone calls before they finally did it the same day I last hounded

My Beemer has been serviced twice here at Fishers at both a reasonable price and a timely fashion each time. Both times, I have had excellent customer service as well (thanks Mike). I'm a Missouri resident but if I'm staying with the family here in Indiana I'm definitely not afraid to pop-in and get some maintenance done.

After my experience with this dealership today, the nicest thing I can say is that I dodged a bullet. If a car dealer cannot be trusted to honor an agreement and negotiated price without selling the car out from underneath a customer , then folks need to be advised to shop for a car elsewhere. After reading other parties' reviews, I'm glad Fishers had shady sales tactics today. It will save me a lot of grief and aggravation in the future.

My wife and I completely negotiated a deal (remotely) via text that took most an afternoon and evening, only to find out the next morning, that they decided to sell the vehicle after we were committed to drive 3.5 hours away and purchase. I purchased my current vehicle from Fishers last fall and couldn't be happier with the whole process. I found the 14 BMW m235i through cars.com and dealt with Terry at Fishers imports mostly through text. at first text seemed an odd platform for buying a car but there was no pressure, pics, vids, and links are very easy as i was buying a car from 500 miles away. They were able to get a better interest rate, and financing was smooth and easy.

The inventory at this place is great and the sales staff is great to work with. However, their product can be flawed, and in our case BOTH cars were!!
My wife had purchased a 2015 Mercedes C300 4matic approximately a year ago. The car looked amazing and had features galore! When we were "working the deal" and asked the sales guy if it had a clean carfax we were told it did. But, when we met with the finance lady we had discovered that wasn't the case. The carfax accident reported was very vague regarding what damage actually occurred and the finance person said there was

These guys will sweet talk you into buying the cars, and they will lie to you and loot you. Guys, please be careful while signing the paperwork, they will keep sweet talking to you and have you sign the wrong/changed paperwork. For me, they had changed the interest rates that was agreed on the paperwork. They didn't give me a proper chance to read it and had me sign teh paperwork. I don't know if it has happened to anyone else or not but this indicates that the dealership is fraud.
