Before order a left driver side Door Edge Guard for my son 2021 Toyota 4Runner limited nightshade. They told me labor will be $50.00 to install and Part $ 55.00. Today took it in for install and they charge me for labor $450.00 to install, just one piece of Door Edge Guard. Is anyone in the Service Manager who can help me out please.

Just purchased a new Toyota from Ed Martin Toyota. Our salesman Jay Bechara was very professional and helpful. At a time when supply chain issues are making car sales challenging, Jay kept us informed while we were waiting for our vehicle to arrive. One of the best things is while most dealerships are adding a fee to the MSRP because of demand, Ed Martin is not! The dealership is clean and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant. We also asked for a “covid friendly” delivery and they totally respected that. I would definitely recommend Ed Martin!

I'm new to the area, and have gone to them for several issues. I had a few issues with an older vehicle, and they bent over backwards to get it fixed for me on my schedule for a very reasonable price.

Not only did I recently buy my first new car in 15 years from the dealership ... they have serviced my three other Toyota products over the last nine months. The experience has been excellent. Customer service is extraordinary and communication is well done. I am always aware of the status my vehicle and what needs to be done oh, and when it is finished. Among the many excellent employees, I've had a great experience working with John Mills and Eric Sargent.

I just purchased a 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road and it was a great experience. I worked with Ben in Sales and Eric the General Manager. I had bought some extra items from local suppliers and they purchased them through their dealership to get me a better deal. They also did some work in-house (lift, tires) and the dealership will install when the parts arrive. Ben kept me updating on the status of the truck as it was being built and sent me a picture of the truck the day it was delivered. Absolutely loved shopping for a new Tacoma here. Chris was an awesome salesman to work with! This dealership actually cares about their customers and helps in any way possible. We ended up buying our Tacoma here and drove all the way out from Cincinnati because of how great the customer service is.
We were originally shopping in Cincinnati, and Joseph Toyota was complete trash that didn't care about their customers.

My wife and I have been loyal Toyota owners for 40 years. Our latest purchase this May was the best dealer experience we have enjoyed. From our awesome salesman, Chirag (CP) Patel through management, office personnel, and finance was very positive. Recently a paperwork issue surfaced after the sale and this dealership came through for this customer. I can't say enough for CP for his hard work and dedication to his customers. I did not purchase my Toyota here. I purchased it in Ohio because it was hard to find. Ed Martin was the closest Toyota dealership in the area to me for servicing my Tacoma TRD Pro.
Over the past year I have had great service from Ed Martin Toyota minus 1 small incident that was not the fault of the dealership or the service department but 1 technician.
Their service department is very good and the service manager is on point. I had a few very tough issues to resolve in my Tacoma that their service department fixed and did a great job.

I was talking to a great person at this Toyota dealership about maybe getting a used Toyota Prius. I was told I can't used my car because I still have a lot on it but maybe if I get a few thousands saved they could get me into a nice hybrid. I am excited because I use to have a 93 Ford Explorer that I installed a solar panel system with a panel on the roof and two deep cycle batteries under where the spare tire was suppose to go and I promise myself that one day I would own a hybrid and I feel I am one step closer.

The dealership has a very good selection of new and used vehicles. I dealt with Brenda in sales, and she was terrific. No hard sell, just enthusiasm for their vehicles and a desire to see me walk away with something I want.
The dealership itself is large and has a nicely stocked room with snacks and drinks for people who are waiting. Everything was comfortable and client-centered.

Update 8/18/2019: I received several follow up calls and messages after I posted this review. Unfortunately I was very busy that week and didn't have the time to talk to the dealership. After some consideration there is nothing to be achieved in talking to the dealership. The only redeeming action they can take is to improve their service from this point forward. Customers are paying for a service, we expect our car to be in a better condition when we leave, not worse. Will I be going back to this location? No. I might consider it in the future, at which point if their service has improved

Had a great experience with Ed Martin Toyota in Fishers. I purchased my car here the process was simple and straightforward.
The service department was easy to get scheduled for a service. The waiting time for a oil service and tire rotation was just over a hour.

We were traveling from MI to NC when we experienced a significant oil leak in our Toyota van.
