I was told by him that he worked alone and also that did not move furniture thus I had my handiman here to move things and all was on wheels that was to be moved eg sofa ect. He then brought a helper and still said i should have had it all moved prior and that would not allow for moving it back. We have a small house and so he did not have to do that much as he would go under the bed as we store stuff in ziplock bags under there.I had a group on coupon so rather than argue I said OK do what you feel is the amount of service you wish to provide. Usually I give a tip but did not this time and told

Roberto was very nice and made my carpets in my apartment look brand new! They were destroyed by a puppy I had staying at my house and the odor was terrible but Roberto cleaned them in only a half hour and even put deodorizer on for me and it's like I never had a puppy staying with me. Thank you All City for your very affordable rates and excellent service!

I have purchased at least 4 carpet cleaning specials on Groupon and this company was by far the best! The owner was great and squeezed me in in less than 24 hours, there were no arguments about sq footage, no trying to upsell me on my pet stains, or duct cleaning, or any other weird crap. They were on time, efficient and professional, and the smell of their cleaner was amazing! It smelled lightly of lavender (my 4 yr old daughter says candy canes lol), and they have never looked or smelled better! With 3 kids and 2 puppies who refuse to be potty trained we have to get our carpets cleaned CONSTANTLY

Well to start out, their customer service is horrible, beyond horrible. The first time i called to set up an appointment no one answered so I left a message. No call back for over a week, so I call again and someone answered and I set up an appointment that ended up conflicting with the holidays. So I called back to cancel the appointment and reschedule another one and no one answered. I left a message and again no return call.
