This is a TEN star review! Based on Yelp! reviews, I called them last-minute before a party, and Carlo made time to come over a few days later. He and his assistant came, cleaned, and were finished in less than an hour. They were very friendly and cheerful, and the price was good, too. One of the carpets was particularly dirty, and it looks good as new now.

Abc rug restoration did a great job on my carpets. They showed up early, they were friendly, polite and professional. And they work hard! They also included some extras, like a large walk in closet, (almost the size of a small room) and the runner in my front hallway, at no extra cost. The carpets look sparkling clean, dried without a perfumery smell and I will definitely be calling them again. They killed it! Thanks Leonardo

Stay away from Michael. He is a teller of tall tales. Have a $5,000 small claims judgement against him. He will not give you an estimate on your rugs and will do the work and hold you hostage once the work is done. My bill went from $27,000 to $16,000 to $12,000, to $5,000 and then as he told me, "I swear on my mother's grave cannot do less than $2,500." He then offered to return the four rugs for $2,200. He owns nothing and rents a house in Roslyn and have served subpoenas with his landlord and with him. Eventually you will get something out of him but it will take years. He

I had this company clean my rug before moving to California. When I arrived in California I noticed one burnt area. A few months later, a cigarette sized section lifted out of the carpet. The guy who picked up and delivered my rug was rude. Whatever chemicals they use will BURN and eventually DISINTEGRATE your rug. I'm thankful I didn't delete my texts with this guy so I can warn you all about this TERRIBLE, RUDE, and INCOMPETENT company. My $500 rug that was less than 2 years old will have to be thrown away soon. FYI, I don't know how I got stuck with these guys. I chose

Don't get duped by thus guy. He gives a 'free' estimate and then charges you 10x to get your rug back. Never calls to let you know that there is an up charge and the work is not even that good. After thinking about this and looking at my rug again, color restoration has turned my rug from off white to yellow and someone had the great idea to brush the rope fringes on my rug, tearing them in some places. Not sure how this guy actually even got my info since I only went off Angie's List and he's not even listed there. I would give 0 stars if possible.
