The first inspection was done before the actual appointment. Very polite and friendly. We had a nice conversation over the maintenance of our new apartment. The cost was affordable and I couldn't find any compromise on quality. The crew was on time and super understanding. I would like to give it five stars.

This is the 2nd time I've used Planet Maids. The first time, they sent Anna, who did a great job as the other reviews suggest. The second time, they sent an older woman, I don't remember her name. She did an absolute horrible job. She cleaned my bathroom, and stove all with the same Target brand cleaner and wiped stuff down. There was still hair… left behind on the side of my tub and on the floor. It was not mopped. She didn't even vacuum or mop the floors. She arrived with a dust buster and no mop.
