I used to clean my carpets on my own by ordinary chemicals but it faded all its colors. I burned those faded carpets at my backyard and bought some new carpets, but my concern was to hire some experts. I contacted Local Organic Rug Care which I came to know about from one of my friends. Fantastic service provided, I had a blood stain on my chair, at first I thought maybe just get a new chair and that all hope was lost, then I got in contact with Couch Cleaning NYC and they were very professional through the phone. I purchased vintage leather sofas online but when they arrived, these sofas had a bad smell to them and leather was not as shiny as it was shown in the pictures. I tried to return them but couldn't so I hired them for improving their condition. Their staff arrived exactly on the date we decided and very carefully examined my sofas. They used their most gentle yet effective process to make the sofas look and smell nice both. I am very satisfied with their services.

These guys were great! I just moved to NY a few weeks ago and the previous tenants left their couch for my roommate and I to have... which we thought was awesome at first. Then we saw the couch when we moved in and we immediately saw why they left it for us... It desperately needed to be cleaned! So my roommate heard about these guys and they came over on a Sunday , which was so convenient for my roommate and I since we didn't want to take time off from work during the week. Excellent service, super professional, and polite!! These guys did an amazing job. I called for a carpet and sofa cleaning after my move to remove a few years of dirt. They were able to come the very next day and brought everything back to life! I was especially surprised with the amount of dirt that they were able to remove from my sofa. Absolutely amazing!
