Standard wall-wall carpeting can be anything but standard to clean. Condition, color, furniture (no charge to move) and stains all need to be taken into account before the cleaning begins. We use a powerful 500psi machine that delivers a low moisture cleaning using steam. This method will extract the maximum amount of dirt while also allowing your carpet to dry faster for you and your family to enjoy.
Sometimes industrial carpet cleaning takes a little more. UMPH. After all, these carpets were meant to withstand heavy traffic. With heavy traffic comes many stains, hence the UMPH. This is where even our powerful steam machines will take a back seat and the cimex will steal the limelight. With the cimex we use a low moisture carpet encapsulation cleaning process.
As the owner of this company I must say that I am a bit of an eccentric, especially when it comes to health, safety and chemicals. And for the sake of my customers, employees and myself I thoroughly read all MSDS (material safety data sheets) on all my products used. I can wholeheartedly say any product coming into your home or office will be safe, and if any special precautions need be taken you will be notified in advance.

This was my second time using Restora-Rug and they are still doing a great job. My couch and carpet were quite dirty after a year and a half of lockdown with a teenager and these guys were able to make everything look great again. This is our second time using this company to clean our sectional sofa, because we have animals and they have accidents sometimes. James was always professional, gave a call to let you know what time he was coming, worked diligently on our couch, and got it done in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for upholstery or carpet cleaning, since this is already our second time using this company! Great service!

I’ve used James (the owner) of this business many times at my Rock Climbing gym which requires constant cleaning, disinfecting and stain removal. With covid the requirements for a worry free business have increased substantially.James has continued to keep my space clean, worry free and we’ll continue to use his services weekly.

Had a great experience with this company. Spoke with Michael the owner/manager and he gave me a very fair price on cleaning my area rug in my apartment. After my dog passed I really wanted the smell and hair removed from the rug as well as all the staining from years of accidents my dog had on it. They picked up my rug and after about 2 weeks they brought it back. It looked like they threw out my old rug and bought me a new one it was so clean. All the remnants of dog urine, hair and any associated smell was completed removed. Also Eugene who picked up and dropped off my rug s extremely polite

James from Restora has cleaned my blue velvet cotton couch three times now in the past two years. Every single cleaning has been beyond my expectations. Having a dog that loves to drool and shed (also loves James), it sometimes seems all the stains will never come out but James has made my couch brand new with each visit. I would definitely reccomend this company. They were on time, worked hard and quick, and now my couch looks brand new again. I truly can't say enough good things about this company and how they treat their customers with kindness and respect. I was told that if there were any problems that they would come back right of way to fix it and they also gave me 20% off my next cleaning for anything I may need that is upholstered. If you are looking to get something cleaned, definitely use these guys because they know what they're doing and do it well!

Service was excellent from start to completion. Our dog was sick and a made a terrible mess on all of our rugs, sectional sofa and upholstered bed frame. Quite frankly I was looking at replacement options. The technician James arrived on time and assured me that he could remove the stains and that's exactly what he did! I don't write reviews very often, but in this case I must. All of the stains are gone!! The professionalism from the time I reached out to make my appointment along with James work ethic was exceptional. I plan making another appointment in the fall to clean our dinning room chairs

James was AMAZING! He did a great job on my cream sofa , white linen chairs, and rug. He went above and beyond to get to them to perfection and didn't leave till they were such.
My brother in law had a bloody nose on Christmas Day which got on my white chair. When James delivered the rug he re-cleaned the chair at no cost and again worked on it till it was pristine.
