We had a good experience with Bradbury. They were able to schedule an appointment on short notice, and changed out our torsion springs quickly.

Excellent all around. Very prompt and courteous answers to request for quote via Yelp. Prices were very fair. Once services were agreed upon, it was a breeze to schedule the service. The technician who performed the work was prompt and courteous and the work was completed efficiently and expediently. And above and beyond the actual work, explanations were given for what had gone amiss and why the proposed repairs would fix the problem.

Phil rescued us from a DIY replacement of my garage springs. I did it myself and did it incorrectly and needed a pro. Phil was very gracious and not insulting the way he could have been when he saw what I did wrong. He fixed it up and got my door rolling sweet and only charged me his minimum labor fee.

Other garage guys might have tried to sell me different springs, telling me that the ones I bought were wrong or bad or whatever. He looked at them and said "that's pretty much what I would have put in there." And that was that.

Fantastic service and beautiful doors. Phil came to take measurements and scoped the work which immediately was followed with a price. After comparing it with others I found Phil's service and product to be superior, better value and his communications have been fantastic. Yes, it took a while longer because it was Covid, but I wasn't rushing. Better yet, upon installation we noticed that one of the panel came with manufacturing dent and Phil immediately visited and placed a warranty claim which also was resolved. Couldn't be more please with Bardbury Garage Doors. Excellent people

One of the panels in our garage door had a crack in it about two years ago, we could not replace the single panel unfortunately because the door isn't made anymore. We called Phil after a few quotes, and chose him because he seemed to really understand what we could/could not do the door, and we didn't feel like we were being upsold. The other guys looked at it immediately and said "new door" - Phil said, "best option is a new door, but you could probably support this panel with
