I called a few other outfits, and even had one "technician" come out for a estimate. Was told the part I needed was no longer available and a new motor was necessary. $800.00. Called Ramparts, Tom answered, I explained my problem, he asked me to send some photos, he got back to me immediately, said the part I needed was readily available, they have them on their trucks. Tom came out, replaced the part, serviced the garage door (works great now), and charged me what he quoted on the phone. Excellent service, professional attitude, highly recommend Rampart Garage Doors. Thanks Tom

I called Rampart Garage Doors after calling a couple of other local garage door repair companies. I explained the hardware failure to Tom on the telephone and he was able to immediately tell me the cost for the repair. Better yet, he was able to come out the same afternoon to fix my garage door. Tom was on time, knowledgable, and I am extremely happy with the quality work performed. I highly recommend Rampart Garage Doors.

We recently called several garage door companies not only to repair our broken door temporarily but to also to order a new one.
Most did not return our calls! But, Tom from Ramparts actually answered the phone! He was super polite, knowledgeable, caring and made an appointment to come over in a short period of time. When he arrived he was able to spend the time to replace the broken spring and he helped us to choose a new door! His prices were good so we moved forward! Within a few days, our door arrived and Toms installer came and installed our beautiful new garage door!!! He did a great job
