Fantastic! We had a garage door emergency (broken spring, couldn't open the garage, crooked when we finally pried it open) we called Laguna Garage Door and Noe was able to get us in immediately. After having an issue with the garage door opener showing an error message (fault of the manufacturer), I texted Noe to see what it might be. With most service companies I would expect someone would call maybe the next day or not all, but Noe called me back immediately (within 10 seconds) and the right away got on the phone with the manufacturer to find the problem. He then scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and then drove two hours the same day to Palm Springs to get a replacement (new) motor which he installed the same evening while it was 116 degrees outside. Noe is awesome. I called him in the am and had a new garage door opener installed by 4pm the same day. Great service. He synced up all the remotes and programmed my wife's car and installed a key pad. My wife was staying with her elderly parents in Oceanside and garage door malfunctioned. Being in Montana I had to depend Google search and ratings. I found Lagunas Garage Door and they appeared to have great reviews and the reviews looked honest and not canned fake ones that are so common now.

BLAM!!! The sound of my garage door spring snapping this morning. I thought it was going to be the start of a long day, but thankfully I found Lagunas Garage Door on Yelp.

Noe came out within a couple of hours and had my door working better than ever. Two springs instead of one. Much better. He gave me some maintenance tips and pointed out some problems for future repair. Excellent customer service and work. I highly recommend this company.

Called Lagunas as my noisy garage door would now only open half way. Noe Gomez came out quickly diagnosed the issue made some other recommendations that he said could wait, Like replace the rollers, which somebody else told me two years ago. I ok'd the work and couldn't be happier, the door is whisper quiet. He then fixed the other door that had been out of commission for years. Great price, quality work, great guy. Give them a call!

In my 68 years I have had many garage doors repaired. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. They answered all my questions over the phone, no "blah, blah, tech has to come out" etc. Owner (it is a one man shop) was there, Sat AM as promised, door was done quickly (new springs, tune up). He did find one bad roller and offered to replace it for 5.00. No massive up sell here! I elected to have all the rollers done for 50.00
Yes, I also called many of the other higher reviewed companies. I went with the home town local guy and am glad I did.

The right side spring on my garage door broke. I replaced the left side spring in January. Wish I would've called Sal back in January. The company that came out back then screwed up and forgot to at put back the center bering, which scored the tube over the last 8 months. Over time, the tube would've snapped in half causing more damage to the door or to hurt someone. Sal was very reasonably priced and explained everything efficiently. I would recommend Laguna Garage Doors to everyone. He's your guy!! Thanks Sal for a great job!!

Our garage door has had an annoying squeak for several months. Mr. Lagunas worked on our door with another company before starting his own business. We called him to solve this problem. He quoted a very reasonable service call price. He arrived on time and spent two hours working to find the source. It turned out to be a hinge and a binding rail. We are impressed with his work ethic and fair pricing. It was a positive experience and we will recommend him to family, friends, and neighbors. We would definitely use his services in the future.

When I bought my home in Oceanside CA, it came with an old non-standard 8ft wooden garage door compared to the standard 7ft door. Thanks to Lagunas Garage Door, I was able to upgrade to a new sectional door and was also able to keep the 8ft height. Although the new door had a tight turn radius, Lagunas Garage Door was able to modify tracks to accommodate the tall sectional door. Esaud Lagunas was very knowledgeable and my wife and I were very impressed with the finished product and the ongoing maintenance. I highly recommend Lagunas Garage Door to anyone out there in need of garage door service
